I have to thank You. I purchased Curved Monitors for My Wife, and Sister for Christmas. Wife is an Architect/Contractor, and Sister is Computer Programmer/Robotic Engineer. They love them.
Only found your channel in the last few days and binge watching all your content!! As someone that has been in the tech industry for so many years, it's so refreshing to see a fellow coder with such a fun setup! My dream set up would be white, lilac, yellow and mint green to match my logitech pop keyboard!
Honestly lovee your desk setup, all the mini details you’ve added to it make it look so cute and put together!! 💕 The colours I would choose for my dream desk setup would probably have to be white, maple and perhaps a sage green or light pink!! 🥰
The Logitech Brio 4k has a longer stand/mount fits great on the Benq light bar I have it mounted the same way you do although I have the Halo Light Bar. You would also benefit from putting up a Logitech Litra Glow or something similar for videoconferencing. A Govee light bar won’t be enough, and finally a MagSafe charger with a mount and a desk charger and short (12”) USB C Cables will probably make your setup more efficient.

I just swapped out my 2 34 inch curved panels for 1 49 inch ultra wide and it’s much better and it’s made cable management easier but made my desk look less busy! Should of done it years ago

This channel might be exactly what I need! I’m getting into the graphic design industry soon so the perfect setup is a MUST!
I would recommend considering a drafting stool to go with a standing desk. Moving the desk up and down from regular chair to standing height is slow, distracting, and you may have to move decorations. Moving between sitting on a stool and standing is very fluid.
I also noticed your feet don’t hit the floor at the start of the video. The drafting stool will give you a footrest ring, and you can add another footrest against the wall. I use a Mac G5 case because that was my fav computer for years.
I recommend a Steelcase leap v2 or Herman Miller Aeron stool.

This is a fabulous video! I just subscribed. As a content creator, I’m always trying to balance function and aesthetics, while on a budget 😂 The struggle is real. I just ordered the mouse you recommend for my husband. It will be the perfect Christmas gift. He needs something more ergonomic and since he’s the only lefty in the house, nobody else can steal his mouse (which is a running complaint in our crazy family).

Have you tried Herman miller chairs? They are not the most aesthetic but it is the best desk chair I’ve ever had. I have the mid back cosm chair. There is a holiday sale right now!

Recaro makes awesome car, train and airplane seats and this one is probably great too!
My current setup has pastel purple/lavender , pink & brown (my desk is brown) & dream one is (pastel purple/lavender + pink + white 💟)

I love the setup, have something very similar, a huge table, a 40-inch monitor + a walking pad below the desk.

Have you tried or considered trying a low profile mech keyboard? I am working with Logitech MX keys mini,which should be pretty similar to yours, but am very curious as to try a low profile mech like the NuPhy Air 75 v2. No pink keycaps to match the logi lift mouse however...

I like how the laptop powers the whole setup but isn’t really a feature as it’s just closed and off to the side.
But is there a way to power up the laptop from a shut down state without pulling it out of its holder and opening the lid? I would just find that very annoying to do each time. This setup would win for me if there’s a way to address that one concern.

What is the dock or cable you use between monitor and MacBook, having issues with an ultra wide and MacBook Pro .. although ultrawides perfect for dev work so want to make it work.

I need a sit stand desk I’m 51 and really started to get hip and joint problems due to sitting too much when designing or editing my photos and video. I really need to stand more. 😢
Regarding chairs...this isnt the best option and and lacks a lot of the nicieties of an actual office chair like wheels and etc ...but... I have been using an armchair as my deskchair and it's definitely one of the most comfortable options I've tried only issue I found is that the seat is a bit too low for my desk...but it shouldn't be a problem with your adjustable height desk...
I seem to gravitate to mostly black with accents of purple.
