You can easily replace your hearing aid's broken tone hook at home. Audiologist Anita Stein-Meyers of the Center for Hearing and Communication of New York shows you how.
My hearing aid place wont and didnt give me ANY tools, what I have barely keeps my hearing aids clean as it is, the hook broke at the bottom where it connects to the tubing, and I have no means to get it fixed, or go in to town 45 miles away (which costs me a fortune these days) to get it fixed, and now i cant hear for my job.
We recommend contacting your hearing care professional for replacement parts. Often this can be done in office without need to send the device to the manufacturer.
@@centerforhearingandcommuni1236 Hearing aid professionals dont want you to be able to fix your hearing aids yourself, they want you to come in and spend $$ to get them fixed or cleaned on a perpetual basis
Great instructions thanks
