How often do the wax filters need to be replaced?

Is micro service check need to be send both or only the one which is damage?I use oticon opn minirite 3 and only left side were damage but I heard it better to send both even right side were fine..do I need to replace both micro? Thank you

If only one device is damaged, you should only need to send in that one.

Use alcohol wipes to clean, but do not remove.
