Thanks for this video. I think it's good to see who is getting healthy and feeling great.
If you have 1000's of anecdotes all the same then you have a defensible hypothesis. Carnivore is proper human behaviour.

The question is how much meat was accessible to our ancestors they couldn’t store it. They had to eat a fresh and they only got it when they had a kill from time to time.

Ok, I am sold on the carnivore concept. Now, how do you control the constipation?

There isn't any. That's just another myth that won't go away. You aren't eating waste, so you have less waste to get rid of. It's normal for me to go once every 3 or 4 days. And very little at that. No waste in, no waste out.

Tinkering with fat. You’ll know you’re how having too little or too much. Too much fat=diarrhea, too little fat=constipation. 😊 but it’s quite normal to go less compared to the SAD or other diets.

Could you do this diet if you have kidney disease, stage one? Or is it a case of too much protein? Any help most appreciated?. Thanks

There are a bunch of people on here who say going carnivore fixed their kidney disease, might be worth doing some extra searches.

Hi, I am low carb for 2 years now, did carnivore for a long time and I have a lean mass hyper responder phenotype (triglycerides80, LDL>200) => I fixed all my health issues, very insulin sensitive now, my gut healed (I always have/had kefir). However, I never ever lost any weight (I have 10 kg to lose only). It seems my body dies not want to give up this 10 extra kilo. Could you please maybe tell me how to do that?
The only way to lose for me is fasting longer than 24 hours that I can not (my sleep goes bad and get hypoglycaemia symptoms while on ketosis). I am fat adapted but my stress level can be sky rocketed by fasting long, so I can’t (I healed my adrenal fatigue but still can’t burden too much of any kind of stress).

"I always have/had kefir" - so you had lactose. Lactose is sugar. Maybe eat more protein and fat, get rid of milk products at all. Fatty beef steak contains some natural glucose in it. Try to eat this steak before you go to sleep. Low level of blood glucose may wake you up. For those who cant fall asleep is good to eat some fruit before bed, fructose lowers ATP production in mitochondria helping fall asleep.

According to professor Bart Kay, you may need more protein (1 g for every pound target body weight) and work out with strength training 3 days a week plus walk 10,000 steps daily. No cardio 😢
This will change your BMR (base metabolic rate)
Oh another thing is to fix your sleep hygiene
I’m 63 and trying it myself with hip problems…really hard.

About the removal environmental toxins, what about the toxins and poor quality feed our cows and chickens are fed? So the toxins (like glyphosate) that's sprayed on feed, then fed to cattle, a problem? What about eating fish that have been absorbing micro plastic in the seas?

Meat and fish are fine. Otherwise my recommendation to you is to be a breatharian.

Simple answer for this question is,
Ruminant animals especially cattle, sheep, dear, goat, all have the ability to detox you see they have four stomach chamber's as the food passes each chamber it gets detoxed again and again so the meat and animals being toxic free.
You see plants are absorbers they can't detox all air pollution and pesticides that enter them because un like the animals they don't produce urine and feces so it stays in them and then humans eat them, so the conclusion is that meat from ruminant animals is the cleanest food one can eat.
