Welp, the two guys at the beginning were made for this vid.
One has a statement or a question and the other has answers.
    Perfect pairing as narrators.

Fertilizers are one of the reasons for the blooms. It's not just in Florida, this is global

We've got Mosaic phosphate runoff from Charlotte Harbor and legacy pollution and AG runoff from Calusahatchee. Doesn't seem that difficult to figure out why HABs are so common in Swfl.

Ya, & unfortunately, the public doesn't give a shit, so nothing will be done to fix, or prevent this more frequently seen catastrophe. Expect it to only get worse from here on out. And I mean that globally, not just locally. Its devastating to see how brainwashed society is, the manner in which they can brush off such staggering news is hopeless. We, (humanity & nature) won't be able to bounce back from this one, & this subject is only one of many alarming changes our planet is currently experiencing. Like the presentation stated, nature needs time to recover, humans negate that time, that's our time, & we dont have time for that.

"The causes of red tide still aren't clear"... because PBS wouldn't dare challenge the acts of any potential contributors. It has been shows that the different strains of algae are the result of Florida's poor sewage manage systems through the use of below ground septic tanks in a flood prone area. This algae mixes with the nitrates provided by water run off from excessive usage and lack of regulation on local factory farms. No wonder this video is six months old with fewer than 1k views.

The lake is man made Cheyenne River cuts threw state picking up pesticide creating blue algae which is toxic the lake is also owned and maintained by national guard so getting anything done is impossible

When CO2 rises and ultraviolet energy increases, Cyanobacteria produce hydrocarbons and molecular Oxygen like during the Great Oxidative Event.

SCIENCE IS NO EXCUSE AS MAN OFTEN THINKS TO USE IT IN AN ATTEMPT TO RATIONALIZE THE SUPERNATURAL. REVELATION 16:3 King James Bible
And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.
