My challange is that I do not have a diagram of the location of the fuses and relays. My Audi is a 2013 model B8 1.8 Tfsi SLine A4. On my console 12 volt port and the cigarette lighter 12v both don't work and the 20 amp fuse on the third row under the 30 amp fuse like you said the second one down which would be the 20 amp is NOT burnt out any ideas??

its best to check the continuity of the fuse with a multi meter. i have had bad fuses in the past that were brand new.
