Great video ! Question- planning to add eaves to garage sides only , stucco finish covering top plate and rafter ends every two feet . Should I remove stucco parallel exposing rafters where they sit on top plate and sister eave ladder to exposed rafter tail or leave stucco in place and drill through stucco to attach pre made ladder style eave extension using 2 x 4 with 1x6 fascia board ?
I'm doing the same concept to add a porch over. Although I have to raise the roor line 2'. Wish you were here to guide me. A little overwhelmed!
