I think one of the aspects of your adventure videos that pushes you above others is the fact that you put an emphasis on food and drink, everywhere you visit. Those are a very important aspect of all the cultures and not everyone with similar channels to yours include such an important element. And of course its always fun to watch you both try some amazing dishes! Love you two!
Hey crawdad!!! Thanks so much for your kind comment!! Makes our day! 🥰 We are definitely foodies & like you, we think food & drinks are crucial when exploring a place & culture! 👌🏼Thanks so much for watching & for your kind comment!! We love you!!! 💗
Hahaha… I totally understand that. Eating is one thing I’m good at, so in glad you appreciate it! Lol Plus, trying local foods and drinks is such a huge part of experiencing a culture to us! Thanks for watching! -Matt
Thank you so much for the audio!!! As a music lover and a person of faith, I often wonder if services are still performed in these huge and historical places and what the acoustics are like. You answered both of those questions. What a treat! Thank you!
We can totally see why! We LOVED it!! We can’t wait to go back & explore it at Christmas time & experience the Christmas Markets! 🎄Thanks so much for watching! 🥰
Wow!! The Musikverein for your very first concert! You couldn't have done better. That hall is widely considered to have the best acoustics in the world. Concert hall construction everywhere has emulated the shape and dimensions of the Musikverein - hoping to get sound that good. One such hall is the Schermerhorn right there in your hometown of Nashville.
Right?? I’m happy to hear you say this because we splurged on MUCH more expensive tickets to experience a concert in that particular room rather than some of the other options. I didn’t realize it had been emulated in so many different places, especially right here in Nashville! So cool! Thanks for sharing that info! And for watching!😊
Although I have some modest experience in that area, you don't have to take just my word for it. Google "Best sounding concert halls" and most articles (and experts I've talked with) mention Musikverein first, with Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and Symphony Hall in Boston as the "world's best sound" runners-up. I can vouch that Symphony Hall in Boston is pretty amazing, so if Musikverein is a couple of notches better, it must be quite a sonic experience. I enjoyed your video inside the hall and seeing your reactions. Your videos are great. It would be very interesting to see how you would prioritize your travel experiences if you had more time in each place.
Thank you once again for making my Sunday. You two remind me of my wife and I when we travel. (which isn't that often, but) Stay blessed and keep up the GREAT content!

Sorry to say that but that was not the Danube River..it is the river canal connected with Vienna´s canal system...the River flows through an other Vienna district and has an over 25km long and about 300m wide green Island from one end of the city to the other seperating the River from the flood controll relieve channel ... the island is used for hiking, biking, sunbathing + swimming in the relief channel (= standing water) which is for free by the way The flee market is located at the very end of the Naschmarkt (= directly at the U4 subway station "Kettenbrückengasse"= "the following station after Karlsplatz) but only Saturdays from 7am - 6pm, the rest of the week that place is a car parking lot.
I need to look up Sisi that palace or home you were in looked like please let me sit & dine on high tea it was so beautiful! The city looked beautiful! Lucky 13 years congrats love your vlogs!!!
Right and running around Karlsplatz and missing the Masterpiece of Gustav Klimt, that's a special achievement. I am talking of course about the Secession, or as a Viennese would say 'des Krauthappel' (the cabbage').
Isn’t it beautiful?? So glad you’ve gotten to visit. We definitely want to go back since there’s so much that we didn’t get to do! Thanks for watching!🥰

So happy that you guys enjoyed the stay in my Country :) If you ever visit Austria again i would HIGHLY recommend Salzburg(Mozarts Birthplace) :) Makes me a little bit proud to see you here in Vienna. And it was Fanny that at the same time i was doing my 5 State South Roadtrip(Atlanta,Nashville,Memphis,Natchez,Vicksburg,New Orleans,Biloxi,Birmingham) :)
Love Austria, we did the Danube river cruise last year and loved it, so many beautiful towns and we ate at that same restaurant and ate the same thing lol so yummy!
You guys are so awesome! It's always a pleasure to watch your videos, especially about one of my favorite cities. Next time you have to visit Viennas oldest Cafe called “Demel“ - the cakes are outstanding phenomenal. And also have to go to a real original of Vienna, called “Trzesniewski“. The name is nearly unpronounceable, but the very special slides, rolls and snacks are more than amazing. Can't wait for the next video - but this time hopefully from a city in the USA again, my absolute favourite country!
This video is simply breathtaking! A fascinating journey through the world of creativity and inspiration. Excellent work that leaves a mark in the hearts of the audience. Bravo to the author for such an amazing video!💯👏👍🔝

Aww… Thank you!!💕 I usually gets my dresses from Amazon and I do my best to link all of them on our Amazon storefront (www.amazon.com/shop/adventuresofmattandnat) but the one in this video is from Abercrombie & Fitch’s Fall 2023 collection!
Great video - great city! I was so lucky to had quite a lot of business visits there and always saw (or ate/drank) new exciting things. But: A Vienna coffee shop with Chai latte is really strange! Fun fact: the company of your light pink waffle (Manner) has an own fiaker and a merchandising shop in this color in Vienna.
Aw, thanks for watching! So happy that you had the opportunity to experience so much of the city! Yea… While Cafe Central is one of the most iconic, it’s also one of the most visited by tourists, so I guess that’s they’ve had to adapt trout menu to accommodate that because we were shocked by them having Chai Lattes s as well! Lol… Ooo… That’s awesome! Their chocolate is so good! We ended up stopping by their shop in the train station to buy more before leaving! Lol
Great video, but just for your info: You've been to Donau Kanal (Danube Canal), the real Danube is about 10 times bigger, with a 20km island in the middle.
In my stay in Austria and Hungary I found an Austrian food and Hungarian food pretty similar at some points. And not only dishes but even a sweets. Interesting.
First of all, welcome to Vienna Nat and Matt! If you want to eat the original Sachertorte, than don‘t go to Cafe Central but to Cafe Sacher, close tho the Wiener Staatsoper You don‘t showed the River Donau (Danube), but the Donaukanal (Danube Channel), which is connected to the River Danube on one each of it‘s ends 😉
It’s a beautiful city! Definitely worth a visit! Haha… With carry-on only travel you have to be very intentional and plan all of your outfits with little to no “just in case” or extra items. I (Matt) typically only bring one pair of shoes since size 12 shoes take up a lot of space. I also only bring 2 (maybe 3) pairs of pants/shorts and I pack in packing cubes for longer trips to compress the clothes. Also, learning to utilize a capsule wardrobe is beneficial! That way every shirt/top goes with every pant/bottom. Our longest carry-on only trip so far is 18 days, but we did wash some essentials mid way through which we planned for going into it. Also, it was mild/warmer weather… Cold weather definitely makes it more difficult!
We don't film every day that we travel, so we do typically have a little more time in a city than shown in the video. That said, we would love to travel slower someday, but right now, it's a luxury that we don't have, so we're just taking advantage of the time that we do have. Thanks for watching!
