The Chevrolet Silverado 6500HD boasts a powerful and reliable Duramax 6.6L Turbo-diesel V8 engine and Allison 6-speed transmission giving you the power that you need to redefine your adventures. Increased water and fuel capacities, full 270-degree window views, optional washer/dryer unit, and a massive 18,000-watt lithium ion battery capacity ensure that you can maintain the comforts of home while taking in the view of even the furthest destinations.

This is one of my dreams if i win the lottery, move from Sweden to USA and then buy an EarthRoamer and travel around the country.
I would buy it travel to Europe lol

My dream ain't downtown LA or Chigaco but an remote area like Maine that seems to be a nice area (except for the horrible shooting last week, but that was 1 crazy guy) with low crime rates.

I am a fan of EarthRoamer, the paint job is so rugged and gives a tough off-roader look. the interior is so cozy and inviting, designed so smartly that offers everything a family needs while on vacation especially at some off locations.
I’m a huge fan of what you guys are doing!! I’m French, I follow you guys since more than 2 years and I just felt in love of your incredible work !
Being a Earthroamer owner is my objective. (Huge objective I know)

I had that same goal until I visited their headquarters in Colorado and was treated extremely rudely. This was about 7 years ago. Maybe things have changed but when I walked out that day I called my wife and told her we absolutely were not buying an EarthRoamer! We were ready to place an order within a year of that visit.

@@miikavuorio6925 They told me I needed an appointment. I informed them I was only in Denver for the day. The marketing director said she could meet with me briefly but said she was very busy and had a short amount of time. I informed her I was a serious buyer. Through the 15min tour she repeatedly looked at her phone and responded to my questions like I was troubling her. I’ve had spent hours researching and preparing to place my order. Odd experience, yes! Unprofessional, Extremely! Maybe things have changed but EarthRoamer never even took the time to follow back up with me.

I think this is an incredible vehicle. I am dreaming of owning one for some time. I will use it to travel all over the world, from Shanghai in China to Johannesburg in South Africa and then have it shipped to South America and travel from Tierra del Fuego to Alaska. That's my biggest dream, I hope it will come true one day.

I love the layout, but... a 'kitchen aide microwave' and 'true induction cooktop' really? Why not Wolf or Miele brand? I'm a little disappointed that the high price of this rig comes with some lower-end appliances, assuming they can be upgraded, but at the price of the SX, why should then even need to be? Otherwise love the design,
The reason they use an electric induction cooktop is because there is no propane on board the rig.

Definitely not in the market for one of these but I like to see what kind of innovations you’ve implemented to solve very niche problems. For instance, I’ll definitely be replacing the glass cover on my Greystone cooktop in my Sprinter with a fitted cutting board like you’ve done here. What a great Idea.

I saw two driving together in LA. Looked nothing special. Just a trailer sitting on top of a pickup. I would rather buy G-wagon, Ferrari and some nice sprint camper with that money.
You're not going to get one of these for that even, they have HD 009 for sale on the website now which is a 2020 with only 7,000 miles and it's priced at $1,850,000
@@CarlCumby That's the bigger version on the Ford 750 Chassis called the HD. They discontinued that and downsized to the SX on a Chevy platform. The owners of the HD shared that the vehicle was too big.

Why would you not use Nebia shower heads? That save over 25% of water compared to a normal shower heads.
You should check out the video from Matt's Offroad Recovery where he has to recover a smaller version of this. It got its rear wheels stuck in a small ditch and when they tried to drive out, it twisted the drive shaft into a pretzel because it was so heavy. Matt clearly stated these vehicles are too large for venturing into these areas. Driver beware!
1. That wasn’t an earthroamer- completely different builder and base vehicle; 2. obviously such huge and heavy CAMPERS shouldn’t be taken on the most difficult/tight trails. It’s a comfortable, roomy, luxurious RV that’s more capable than 95% of others on the market…but not a dedicated off-roader.

Amazing truck. Buy I think EarthRoamer needs to consider wider tires and 4 wheel steering on the LTi models. Dream Overland Vehicle. 😎
(...and better fabrication quality in some interior aspect, just watch some off road videos and the furniture come apart very easily. Europe still lead the way in design and quality. 😊)

Since the pre-installed radio for the cab was removed in exchange for an aftermarket radio, does that affect the OnStar services for the cab?
Why fridge is a lower part and freezer is the upper part of the combo?? Are you supposed to use freezer more frequently than a fridge?? I vote for an opposite!
It’s a very impressive vehicle. I would love to have one but it’s out of my price range.
Curious if you can pump water from a stream or a lake, while you are offroad? That would be a handy feature. Use that same pump to rinse the rig after you're done filling the water tank. Unless I win a lottery, I can only dream of owning one of your rigs. It is quite the machine.

What happened to your bigger model that was on the Ford f650 chassis?
The HD was on the F750 cab and chassis, this replaces it apparently, they aren't selling many of them clearly, HD #9 is for sale right now and that's a 2020, I'd guess the SX is supposed to address some of the reasons people didn't want the HD? Not sure how they address the 2 million dollar price tag though.
Is it sells in Australia?

So I have some questions, has the 1.1 million price gone up for the 2024 model Chevy chassis? Also can you get the Chevy model in gas instead of diesel? I’m 6’2” will I have enough headroom in the dry bath?

Right now, the base price for an SX is $1,045,000. We only offer a turbodiesel option. The dry bath has about 7 feet 3 inches of headroom, so you should be good there!

I am thinking on the performance of the LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES that catches fire even on airplanes. It must have a FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM on where the lithium batteries are. What about on extremely hot places like FLORIDA ? How does the AC SYSTEM perform ? It must be equipped with an extra generator that could run your your AC or your HEAT when the engine is off.

Yeah you can, but it would cost a lot more and you wouldn't be able to go off road because it would weigh too much.
How much is it?
Video description contains a mistake, it says 18,000 watt lithium ion battery capacity. Watt is a unit of power, if you want to express capacity, watt hours is the correct unit. With this level of competence, I fail to see how you expect me to pay the price you're asking. Maybe you got something else mixed up and the tires are made of wood.
