Thank you so much for this. I just wanted to ask why is it necessary to immediately take the loaf out of the pan when baked, but if I don’t take it out of the pan what would happen then? Additionally, is it advisable to cover the loaf with the wet cloth to make it softer? I do not have an oven so I have a workaround on a custom with gas. The problem is there is no temperature control at all. Also, it is difficult to check from the crust if it is baked fully, so what happened was that? I thought it was baked and I took it out , but it was smelling of yeast so then I let it cook more. Perhaps it got overcooked. So is there any way to know when it is cooked or not when you don’t have that oven with the temperature control for example is there a way to check bread thermometer temperature should be ?
Tried this today, the bread came out wonderfully! I don't have a stand mixer so only used my hand-held one. The dough is soft so it can handle the mixing...superb bread - thanks.
hi that’s awesome. I also tried it but I have complications in front of bread. Should be ready when it’s ready. Is it hard from all sides? Mine is hard from all sides and when I flip the pan over, it just naturally comes out without any knife or any scraping needed. Is it supposed to be that way? My own is not temperature controlled so that’s why I have to make a guess when it’s ready perhaps I should buy a bread thermometer. I just wait for the fragrance of the baking to assume that it has done baking. By the way, I did not make the three portions. I just made just one portion. Is there any difference that if we make three portions?
Looks great, will try it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
