Pink Fantasy is truly such an amazing group. Each member is so different, yet in Pink Fantasy there is a sense of a whole unit and even with lineup changes. Members, Miku and Momoka, keep the same energy as the rest of the six members. Yechan and SeeA are the backbones of Pink Fantasy's concept they are the one's that embody it the most.

Since Everglow-Up is apparently taking a break from these types of videos could you maybe rank some 2nd gen idols? My suggestion would be SNSD, 2ne1, Wonder Girls and Sistar (Big 3 representatives + another group, like she did for 3rd gen). Although I know that T-ara and Kara were more popular than Sistar, Hyolyn is the only one who could possibly take the 1st place spot from CL.

I have been harassing Cheryl to do a 2nd gen ranking vid with Girls’ Generation (SNSD), 2NE1, Wonder Girls, and 4Minute and I will continue until she does Bwahaha lol
But I’d totally be down to look at other 2nd gen girl groups 😊
@@oneusforall057 If she's going to eventually do those four, then maybe you could do T-Ara (Ot6), Kara (2022 formation), Sistar and Miss A? She doesn't seem to have a good relationship with 2nd gen stans, so this video is probably not coming anytime soon lmao
I expected Bian to be first but I actually agree with your ranking. Lara in the top 5 is so deserved too and I almost spat out my water after that bleach comment because it’s so true! 😭 the dark hair looks amazing on her and she was amazing in ghost era.
But no seriously, right? Bian’s performing abilities from even back when she was in ANS are insane! In most other ranking vids, she probably would have been first. But Pink Fantasy’s members are on another level!
And yes, Lara is so underrated! I think their company just focused on Sumin (which isn’t a bad thing since she’s also amazing!). But after seeing what the members are capable of in Ghost era, I hope the company does more to showcase all of the members!

I like that Harin is able to give a creepy doll aesthetic it allows her to keep her youthful image in darker concepts. she is able to access her uncanny valley mode which really fits

Pink Fantasy have such great chemistry as a group, and I'm really glad they seem to have settled on the current lineup! It's funny, my favorite performer out of them all is actually Miku, who you ranked lower. Her solo song covers and fancams really sold me on her! Seea got scouted by PF's agency's CEO, she really had an eye for talent
I'd love to see cignature in a nugu gg ranking like this! Or ranking groups like CSR and Ily:1, maybe Lapillus too.
I love pink fantasy they are so consistent and imo are one l of the best 4th Gen dance lines if you watch their choreos especially the squid game song you will see I would put them on par with Pixy with expressiveness and they are in my opinion the Vixx of this Gen. Some of the best Choreos in 4th Gen too

That being said, while you’re purposely making similar content here, for a great reason by the way, the fact that you’re giving off a different vibe allowed you to still make something that looks authentic. So I think you did a really good job!

I knew from the first second who the number 1 would be. This woman is something else. One of my favourite idols ever and everytime she's on stage I simply can't take my eyes off of her. What can't she do? Her in Lemon Candy is totally different from Poison but it fits every time. At this point she has almost 10 years of experience and you can tell. Also did I mention that she is just showstoppingly beautiful?? Like her in Poison is everything and I still haven't recovered
Oh wow, Yechan does have the same vibes as MJ! I knew there was something familiar about her. And yes SeeA really is the perfect all-rounder.

The endearing archetype seems like something that would look a bit weird on stage. I think people would consider that as being lazy on stage, because it would look too apparent that the body isn’t doing as much. So I don’t expect that archetype to show up on stage, but it’s nice that you gave it a name lol
I do hope that I’m wrong though, because it would be very interesting to see someone pull it off well
I’m honestly not sure how it would work or if anyone actually possesses said archetype. For the time being, I see it as more of a place holder just to make the archetype square feel complete 😊

I will enjoy more content like this, no matter who you talk about. You and Cheryl really help me to grasp how the whole stage presence thing goes (I'm not so good interpreting things visually). If you ever do another video like this i'd love if you could include OnlyOneOf! They're finally starting to get some recognition but still remain so underrated even though they're great performers. Another recommendation would be DKZ, Woo!ah and fifty fifty (once we get some more content from them)

I know that Cheryl intends on ranking all of those groups at some point. She’s just struggling to figure out which four should be in one video. Do you arrange them by company? By members (ex. group the former Iz*one groups together)? Etc. So, I won’t be talking about them until after she has. But yes, CLC and GFriend are absolutely on my list of groups that I want to discuss ❤️

ITZY and G-IDLE last comeback's sold more albums and has made them bigger worldwide so I'd say it work's, besides change is growth who want's the same concept over and over? Example being the amount of group's in 4th gen because people like variety.
Itzy sells more because they’re a Big 3 group. (G)I-DLE sells more because they’ve consistently had great production since debut.
I’m talking about their stage presence, not their sales. I’m happy that they’re selling well. But that doesn’t change the fact that Itzy has poorly handled concept changes (even if all of the members are able to suit the changes) and (G)I-DLE’s not able to maintain the same stage presence between eras because the members aren’t versatile performers (minus Soyeon and former member Soojin).
I can make an entirely separate video about groups’ financial success. But that doesn’t change whether or not the concept changes is helping them in terms of performing and personal growth.
@@oneusforall057 Fair enough, I only pointed out sales because number's don't lie, I'm not saying you said this or implied it but I've seen a few video's recently saying ITZY, G-idle are falling off and losing fan's so I bring up the sales because you don't sale more with less people buying. How would you rank yubin and sanga?
Yubin would be closer to the bottom of the list. Probably right behind Miku. I think she’s great during ballad concepts. Otherwise, she doesn’t have strong stage presence.
I actually talked about Sanga in Arang’s section but decided to cut it out because the video would be much longer lol I absolutely love her stage presence and would put her in the top 10! I wish that she hadn’t left the group 😭💔

9:35 perhaps wonyoung?? i’m not an expert in stage presence here but she just strikes me like that; her movements are def more subtle but her facial expressions aren’t
Wonyong is definitely a sensual performer. I think a lot of people (myself included) struggle sometimes to categorize idols who are extremely attractive. It looks like they’re doing more than they actually are because we’re so captivated by their visuals.
So yeah, Wonyoung doesn’t put in a noticeable amount of energy into her facial expressions more so than her body language.
But that’s always subject to change as are my own opinions 😊
