When I was a p plater 1st year apprentice mechanic this is the exact budget build I did on my ef and loved every bit of it, remember ordering my ti chip and a rising rate fuel reg while at tafe and my teachers helped me hook it all up, saw 14psi and made 214rwkw through a btr, would be sick to see a proper built intech they sound mint with a bit of chop!

If I remember correctly the ba turbo injectors are stock na injectors with the pintal cap removed allowing the extra flow needed
nope theyre the same, 3 bar pressure and 4 bar pressure isd the difference

You should take the lil air hose of the little valve thingy at the front of the plenum itll open all the independent butterflys in the plenum should help with boost

Stock RB20 Neo's don't like heaps of boost so it's a sure thing you guys will blow it up quick smart when you send it to hard on the dyno like with the 33 haha

Coolant res didn't seem to have any coolant in it, are you's sure there's enough coolant in it? might be the reason why it's running funky once it gets hot

Tbh after seeing this it's just added to my regret of wasting $ on turboing the ol buick instead of just doing a barra swap, I was gonna say intech but hey if your swapping engines anyway may as well go barra since let's be honest is way a better option , 2.5 yrs on and the turd still isn't running 😔🤣
Joys of regular life screwing things up 🙄 Like dailies breaking down, un forseen illnesses ,job losses, it's been a fd few years, but not far off now just need custom leads due to the stupid manifold design I was sent ,the guy did equal length runners for some weird reason (It's like a bunch of bananas) it's like he completely forgot u have to be able to get leads in there 🙄
It's been an engineering nightmare unfortunately, have had to relocate so much shit it's not even funny, if I'd just done a barra swap it would've been finished 2 yrs ago 🤦♂️🤣
Just needs the leads, fluids, exhaust and tune and done, probably another year at least (damn budgets) ,then to the drag strip ,may even bring it out for some drifting since it's manual but not sure how she'll go with stock lock n no hydro 🤣
My ultimate goal behind the buick was an insane dream to go 7s in a v6 Commodore and be the first to do so, jetv6 is likely gonna be first though since he's already gone 8.22s, silly dream I know lol ultimately I just wanna drive the turd and have fun in it.

Just so ya aware whit that 2 bar map sensor anything over 14psi of boost pressure the ecu wont detect through the sensor ......2 bar sensor = 1 bar of vaccume 1 bar of boost
3 bar sensor = 1 bar of vaccume 2 bar of boost
