    I have experienced a near death experience during a ketamine IV treatment. It was like a experiencing a living resurrection or rebirth. The gamma waves have been associated with heightened intuition, out of body experiences, and psychic abilities. Thank you for sharing this research.

    Was afraid of death. Session brought up death and dying. See it in a completely different light. No longer afraid. One intramuscular treatment.

    Watched a bunch of your vids Doc. I did my first ketamine treatment a couple of days ago and I’m Doing the second today. I’m still on the fence as to whether this will work for me but I sure wish I had your clinic here in Phoenix. Wish me luck on my second treatment. The first one was kinda uncomfortable…I couldn’t move a muscle and it kinda freaked me out and I panicked a little bit (is it possible he gave me too much?). Anyway, love your vids. I’ve learned a lot. Plus…you’re really cute. 🥰

      yes it totally is possible, the first dose is kind of a test run to figure out what’s the best dosage for you, everyone reacts and processes it slightly differently, your provider should have asked you at the end of the session about your next dosing. did you let them know about the negative parts of your experience? because they can even administer other medications to help with the side effects!

    I appreciate the information on this post. When I was receiving IV Ketamine I experienced dying 2 times. As you stated, it can be frightening or peaceful. I experienced 1 of each. I will be looking into the Gamma Waves of the brain. Thanks for thee directions

    I've also had the "paralyzed" feeling at every one of my six sessions. Does anyone have any wisdom to provide?

    I have been on medical ketamine for 4 years, usually oral or intranasal but sometimes IV. The IV was bolus, all at once, and really gives a near-death experience. Quite scary the first couple of times but not so confronting after a few. In all cases, ketamine gives a peaceful, thought-inducing experience, even feeling quite profound. This seems to correlete with the brain plasticity that has been reported with ketamine. I suspect some psychotherapy may help some people during the ketamine treatment, similar to what is proposed with psychedelics.

    Experienced ego death the last three times. The first time is very frightening but beneficial/enlightening. However the last two have been quite disturbing because that's how my sessions are ending now -with the end of me. It's put me off using ketamine anymore despite feeling better. I don't know how to change this outcome perhaps it's the music I'm using? (Tool)

      If you are not doing so already, please share what is happening with you with your doctor / ketamine clinic you are going to. They should be able to guide you on how to prepare and integrate your experience (which could provide clarity as to why you are experiencing this). Feel free to check out our blog on this topic too: www.resetketamine.com/blog/2019/3/11/how-to-handle-bad-experiences-with-ketamine. There you’ll also find a video on this topic. Best wishes to you and thank you for sharing your experience

    What forms can ketamine be administered for chronic pain? And wld it be possible (with the pts permission) to film some of the administrations and their responses, immediate and after a few days . Cld someone return to high impact activity that has been prevented due to debilitating chronic oain ?? Thank you kindly

    • @ResetKetamine
      @ResetKetamine  Год назад

      We recommend IV however you could probably receive intramuscular or oral depending on the clinic. Great question about filming, that would have to be at the discretion of the patient and the clinic they are at. In regards to returning to high impact activity, would depend on the cause of the chronic pain and something to definitely discuss with a ketamine specialist. Thanks so much for your question!

    Can you expand more on the scary side to ket? Is it unresolved trauma? First time I had it I felt like god and then the second time felt like I was in hell, I generally accepted it and the fact I’d never see my son again.. I was also screaming a lot but I can’t remember exactly why

      Thank you for sharing your experience. Each experience is unique and unpredictable, which can be challenging when these experiences are scary. This is why it is important to work closely with a ketamine specialist who understands set & setting and preparation of the mind before the treatment. Plus having a plan for integration and processing the experience - like with a therapist and or an integration specialist.
      Experiencing contrasting effects like feeling god-like and then transitioning to feeling like you're in hell can be unsettling. Ketamine's psychoactive properties can lead to intense and unpredictable experiences, which might include confronting unresolved trauma or deep-seated fears. It's important to process these experiences with a trained professional to understand their significance and to integrate them into your healing journey.
