I live in southern Mexico, on the Oaxacan coast.
I live in a beach resort town, so rents are high here.
My apartment is a studio, with a loft, so it is kind of like a one bedroom in a sense.
It has a beautiful large covered patio and an inground pool.
I pay $6,650 pesos a month, which at the current exchange rate equals $350 USD.
The rent I pay includes, water, electricity and internet.
I am a ten minute walk to the beach and town.
Very happy to live here!!!!

I live between 3 houses down here. My dad’s house on the weekend in Zapopan, every now and then in Guadalajara with my grandparents, but mostly in Tonalá cause I’m poor lol.
In Tonalá, everyone has a freaking dog and they’re loud AF! From early in the morning to late at night.
I also built my own pc. Have two of them. One over at my mom’s in NC but it’s harder to visit her.
She’s mostly the one that does the visiting.
My pc gets my electric bill comes up to around 1,700 because I do a lot of gaming and she’s power hungry. I don’t pay rent though. One of my aunts lets me borrow one of her extra homes and it’s 4 bathrooms, 2 baths. Lucky me lol.
I like to live a minimalist lifestyle because I have me options to visit places. But growing up my parents moved around a lot in USA so, we did not have much. Yup, my neighbor has a dog but he does not bark a lot. Building a pc is fun and also upgrading it and very helpful when something messes up. Yup, PC can get crazy at times but I always put mine to sleep when I am going to the store. If I am going to be gone for more then 1 hour then I turn it off. Great video bro. I live in Guadalajara as well. Zapopan. Great area. I pay $400 U.S. for my little casa. That includes internet and all utilities as well as maid service every two weeks. I am originally from Canada but Guadalajara is my new home. Love it here!

Do you think because you are Mexican you were able to get that rent price? Like let's say a white guy asked to rent, would they have to pay like double for example? What do you think?
I look Mexican but I am American 😀 and yes that can be true. It is better to know someone that can speak for you incase you do not know Spanish or like me that is not 100%. My accent gives me away so I sometimes ask my brother to ask for a price . There will always be people that try to raise the price up if they know you are not born in Mexico. You can also find good rent prices if you look online or FB Market for certain areas where the price is fixed. Thank you for watching/commenting and have a good day!
In the united states is crazy the prices of the rent one bedroon in Orange county in ogly Ares prices 1.700.

Wow I pay 1600 for 2 bedroom in East LA I’m gonna stop working get on social security and move to Mexico a thousand a month will go a long way down there
I know it is expensive in LA. I lived there when I was a young and also Torrance California. I also lived in Dallas Texas and my rent for a townhouse was 1500. I have an empty house on the outsides of CDMX that people think $150 usd a month is too much for a 3 bedroom house. 😂 it's been empty for like 2 years now, thankfully my family lives next door to keep up the place.

The name of my neighbor hood is called Oblatos and my family found this apartments by walking around and asking people. Most times you need a person that owns a house to co sign for you to rent and other times owners just ask for 2 months ahead. You just have to look around and ask. Just be nice and polite to all the people you ask because that is the key to find a place faster 😃. Thank you for watching/commenting and have a good day!

If you are sensitive to dust, you may have a problem. I live in San Pedro Telaquepaque in a two bedroom house for $250 a month. There is a lot of construction and a lot of dust. I can sometimes taste it. But pollution is not bad.
@@philschiavone101 Yup, there is some areas with a lot of dust especially when they are working on peoples houses. I sometimes go to the forum Tlaquepaque or the home depot and Walmart. There is also a digital life there that is my go to spot for computer stuff.
The dust is a form of air pollution. Guadalajara has a bad air quaility. But if one has air purifiers in their home and mask outdoors, they should be fine

What Colonia is that? I'm moving to Guadalajara and looking for the normal neighborhoods. Providencia is nice of course but where do those who are not rich live safely, with good transportation and things to do? And maybe a nice green area?
I stay in the oblatos colonia. There is transportation all over the city. Buses pass every 10 mins or so. There is also the train. It is safe anywhere as long as you are not involved with the wrong people. Many people like Zapopan because it has a lot of green area. How will the kittens drink their mothers milk and eat if they are trapped in the cage? You could keep them in the house. They need a kitty litter box or two. The mother cat needs food and water too.
They are not in the apartments anymore. They were given away to people that wanted them. The momma cat wondered around the apartments before I moved in. We are not suppose to have pets or we get evicted. I would take them in the bathroom and let them feed off the mom then I would take them back out in the cage.
The apartments have a huge door to open for trucks and cars but also a huge opening in the bottom. That is why I put them in cage so they would not wonder off and get ran over by a car.
On my latest video called " I eat burgers to lose weight" You can see a section where I feed the Momma cat outside on the floor because she does not like eating of a bowl. She comes and goes because she is not anyone's cat. She just happened to have those kittens under a neighbors washing area.

There momma had just fed them before I hit record. I would take them into my room and let them out so there mom could feed them. They were crying because they were hearing me talk. I no longer have them because a friend gave them away to some families. We are not suppose to have pets in the apartments with the new landlord lease 😢.
