This method maybe is patched, so it wont work, try clicking shift+f10 then write OOBE\BYPASSNRO and click enter, your computer will reboot and you will see the skip or i dont have internet button then you can make local account. Hope this helps?

Microsoft locked me out from “too many attempts” as if I cared! It worked exactly as u said it would work. The controllers are just doing all they can, aren’t they?
@@adesh806 yes as of my knowledge it’ll just take you back to Microsoft login screen until you use a valid id or you can choose the option to join a domain. This seems to bypass the Microsoft account creation at this point.

Just did it May 15,2024. It worked I was confused at first because after the "Oops" error, I hit next but instead of entering my gmail email account I got confused and put in the test email address again. So dont be like me guys, do the exact steps he said the first time around.😂

Heck yeah! So easy - seriously....if MS would just let you log in with a business account that would solve the issue. Not sure why they don't allow it, but this work around was simple!!
This step works: don't connect to ur wifi just press shift and f10 it will pop up the cmd and then type OOBE/BYPASSNRO then press enter and automatically it will restart then you put your language and country then asks you to put your wifi down when it says next next to it will have "don't have wifi" it will say and click it then you have local account and enjoy 😜

Yes. As of today, it does work, I have just done it. I’ve tried all the methods and they work but this is the simplest and fastest method out here.
