Ingredients
Chicken breast - 800 grams
Mushrooms - 400 grams
Smoked bacon - 300 grams
Pickles - 100 grams
Cream - 400 ml
Grated cheese - 100 grams
Olive oil
Black pepper
Salt
Method of preparation
Cut the chicken breast into strips.
Fry in slightly heated olive oil for 5 minutes on a moderate heat.
Add the bacon, cut into strips, fry for 3 minutes on a moderate heat. Add the mushrooms. Salt and sprinkle with black pepper. Leave for 5 minutes on a moderate heat.
Finally, add the cream and pickles.
Cover with a lid and leave for 5 minutes on a low heat.
We sprinkle the dish with grated cheese, cover with a lid and after 2 minutes the dinner is ready. Sprinkle with parsley.
