@@eyalamit5120 Yep. I'm pretty sure beating Shiva is the prerequisite, regardless of story path. I certainly got to fight Lv99 Lucifer at the end of my first playthrough, which went in the Vengeance-Law path.
This is it Luigi, the final battle of Vengeance, and it's still Grandpa Colonel Decepticon Lucifer. I actually really wouldn't have mind it if if by default, True Dark Lucifer was always fought. Buff did fight this version, but in the Vengeance routes, you still need to unlock it, though it no longer affects the ending. But because it needs to be unlocked, a lot of people missed it and fought the incomplete version of the fight like back in Vanilla V's release without knowing there's another version. He has multiple phases in the base game as well, you just have to unlock his true form, I don't remember how but it's possible, he's also rather weak in that form too, which is easily explained by the sheer fact that he seeks "true freedom" from the constant rebirth of gods (he's technically son of YHVH and thus a god himself) and that "one resolution" he has found is death by the hands of Nahobino, if Lucifer were to win his entire purpose behind everything trough the whole series would end up meaningless

So the level 80 one was just how he was in the base game? No multiple phases or anything? Christ I can see how that would be underwhelming even more so in this game after the slog of fights that were Tiamet and Taho in Vengence, but I suppose you can view Lucifer as more of a victory lap than a true wall.
This Lucifer fight was in the base game as the final boss of true neutral but he was only level 90 and not nearly as powerful. It was really trivial to circumvent his star gimmick since they were all insanely frail in the og version. Here it's actually a bit of a challenge to get around morning star
Do the normal requirements for the Canon of Creation True Neutral Ending. Those being completion of the quests for 1. Amanozako 2. Fionn 3. Khonsu 4. Shiva
Although for Khonsu, there’s a very limited time to complete his quest in the Canon of Vengeance but it’s not hard to miss if you’re actively looking for it

That switching to get debuffs and then to use Amanozako's passive. That was brilliant!
This is how they fixed multi-phase Lucifer being weaker than Shiva despite being locked behind Shiva. Honestly, not bad.
