The Ys box urks me not only because of the missing title but also because the flap on the bottom is so stiff it doesnt stay flush and you cant stand it up horizontally either 😅😅 Great pickups dude!
Definitely play Hotel Dusk. Most underrated DS game and you can beat it in a few sittings. Also a great game to play in bed because you hold the DS like a book
Metal Gear Solid Bande Desinee is the comic drawn by Ashley Wood for the publisher IDW that was made into one of those “motion comics.” It’s ok but I preferred just reading the comics. You’re right that the only download is for the PS Classics version of MGS1 for PS3.
Layton: Katrielle is a tough hang after the high standard of the other games. Azran Leagacy does help elevate the other prequel trilogy games and is a really fun game in its own right. If you want to play an extra game after the prequel trilogy I’d very strongly recommend the Layton/Ace Attorney game on 3DS.
I remember seeing Prime Trilogy Collector’s Edition for $45 at GameStop the same day I picked up my standard copy for the same price. Wish I returned it and got the Collector’s instead. Great pickup! 😊
Star Fox Adventures is decent but yeah it's really a Zelda game that happens to have the Star Fox characters. I never actually finished it because there's an infamous segment about halfway through that requires button mashing and I could never do it fast enough to complete it so eventually gave up.
Im also bad / slow at pressing buttons, I didnt play star fox but I got a trick that might help you, it helped me with any game that need that sh1t (god of war / naruto ultimate ninja, etc) Grab a t shirt and use it like a glove, grab the the controller / button and move your thumb from one side to another like a metronome as fast as you can, trust me in this one.
I just got the oath of felgana and because of that I bought ys 8 and 9 and a psp. Got kingdom hearts birth by sleep, legend of heroes and phantasy star portable for the psp cause they didn't have any ys at 4 different gamestores. But I do plan on buying ys 1 and 2 chronicles 7 and 8 for psp and ys origin and 10 on switch this month.
Okay so did you play Star Fox Assault with the tank controls or the duel stick controls? Its annoying that they didn't give you the option in GUEST and only in USER. But its still my favorite in the series with Star Fox 2 just behind it.
I also picked up Katrielle this year. Me and my gf are playing it together and we like it! There's an anime that you can watch alongside the game since, like the game, its just a bunch of different cases so continuity between the game and show won't matter.

Park Patrol isn't bad but its doesn't hold a candle to the original. When they released PP they made it a walmart exclusive for some reason (They claimed it was because of the environmental messaging of the game aligned with walmart's values. Which sure was a statement to make.), which is why it's so rare and pricey. The only reason it hasn't reached the same price heights of the gamecube game is that it just isn't that great in comparison. I do love how you seem to be playing the in reverse release order though. I would suggest emulating the original to decide if its the kind of game you want to invest that much money into, it really isn't for everyone, especially at these prices.

There was a Samurai Warriors spin-off during the I think PS2 era that played a lot like Smash Bros. I can never remember its name.
