@@remarkablehairdo3110 you know it really wasn’t with the Master System, at least what I experienced. Most of my childhood friends had an NES and didn’t know what the Master System was either. Had I not bought the master system from my uncle I probably wouldn’t have recognized it. But it was cool, definitely superior imo to the NES. Nintendo just had such a tight grip on the market making the master system irrelevant very quickly

Made too many bad decisions back in the day when it came to buying game consoles and games. Had no internet to help me . You are one of the best game content creators on RUclips !! Very few excellent games on Master System !!!!

This channel deserves a million. I discovered Game Sack after coming down with a bad flu many years back, then my wife encouraged me to buy Axiom Verge. Needless to say it was the best flu ever and I binge watched Game Sack for a week straight.
I remember seeing Blazing Star for 325$(can.) here at Toys r Us. Those carts are huge like a VHS Cassette and I was the only one who had a Neo Geo back then thanks to my Grandmother so my friends were mostly at my place playing those fighting games!😁
12 minutes in and I've learned 1 valuable lesson from this video. Stay as far away from a master system as possible. Not that I planned on ever owning one but still.
This game will always be nostalgic for me. Used to play it with my neighbor all the time. Still play it once in awhile even though I don't get very far haha.
R-Type on the Master System always reminds me of the summer of 1989. The day we got out of school that year, my best friend brings his copy of R-Type over. We literally spend the ENTIRE summer trying to beat it. By August, we finally beat it, and we were seriously proud of ourselves.
