I can do the exercise and healthy lifestyle parts
But I'm worried about the estrogen and hormone replacement part, it seems like hormone replacement is recommended for almost everything but I don't know if it's something that's going to be affordable for me in the future, in with the uncertainty about what's going to happen next year I'm already starting to make a budget for low income osteoporosis nutrition and I don't know if I'll be able to continue buying my supplements because they're getting more expensive 😥😥
I'm definitely worried about prices getting worse next year
I've already been doing my osteoporosis on a budget, I've already cut back on some supplements and foods but
Next year if things get more expensive I don't know how much more I'm going to have to cut out but is there alternatives for people who can't afford hormone replacement? I'm not in menopause or perimenopause but it is something I'm very very scared of in the future since I already have osteoporosis now
