I dropped the Weeks...I am in the Techo Weeks and the Techo Day Free A6...this is my second year and has been my goto EDC in conjunction with my Cousin as my home/desk set up...it's taken me 8 years to come to this solution and for the time being it has worked the best for me.

Love this, thanks for sharing. I’m glad you recognize planners are meant to be used. Leather is flesh and I always giggle when people are trying to keep it pristine- I want to ask them if they want to travel themselves wrapping their skin in protective pouches...lol. When the cow was alive, it wasn’t being pampered, it doesn’t make sense to me that people want to protect the flesh after death. 🤷🏻♀️

So helpful. I am possibly moving from hobo weeks to hobo techo A6. It’s only April and I’m already thinking about this for 2022.
I loved that nap page as soon as I saw it.
It’s also a cool memory of the exhaustedness of that day and the imminent need of a NAP. 😂
I love the A6 size It’s too big to carry as a pocket planner but I love writing and decorating. I just got a hobonichi too and looking forward to using it.
I am new to A6 and love having a daily page. I've used personal size ring planners for years but I always had to supplement with daily pages which was such a squeeze but the A6 notebooks are fab!! I'm currently using an A6 stalogy to plan but have got my 2021 Hobonichi and am really looking forward to using it.
oh I think you're going to love it! And there's nothing better than having a completed book at the end of the year to archive❤️

I like that you just put Nap and left it at that. I am the same way I think I have to put something on each page thank you for this. I have a rare disease the planner would be a good place to put what is going on with my health I never thought about that!
Haha, yeah, some days I feel like writing a long list and others just have a word. If I forced myself to make lists everyday I would burn out, but that doesn’t mean you can’t fill pages with other things. Your health tracking is a great idea!
Ha-weather stickers but you never know when freak weather might strike somewhere - could be anywhere, like snow all over Texas or more rain & hail at strange times of the year out here in the high desert! I say always keep a few of those “it’ll never happen, nah, not here !”” Or maybe use those weather stickers for seasons of life? Love watching your videos!

I totally considered getting the MD Diary next year (for planning) instead of the hobo but I hate the layout of the MD Diary for a planner. The hobo is just so perfect for what I need! I show closeups of the MD Diary pages in my “Battle of the A6” video. The daily pages are basically blank with hourly lines on the left side.
Three years in the Weeks, and never made it past 6 months….so I decided to try the A6 as well. It’s only January 2nd, so can’t say how it’s going to go…
I love it! However, after seeing it in your A6 size, I love it even more!😊A6 is one of my favorite sizes, so I'm rather partial! Lol! 🌟❤🐦
A6 is literally my favorite discovery this year!! Im so glad to be venturing into new sizes😁

Hi, Sarah! I just wanted to say that watching this video in Sept 2020 has been extremely helpful for me. Thank you so much! I am currently deciding if I want to switch from an A6 Stalogy to the Hobonichi Techo, and you walking through how you use it helped me jump the gun! Is there any complaints you have now that it's been a year later?
Awesome! I’m so glad to hear that! I actually ended up switching to the day free after this. I preferred having non-dated dailies. That way I can make a daily page when I actually need one. I then switched to standard size and copied the exact layout of the day free because it works so well for me!

Do you think a hobonichi A6 with the clear cover on it would fit into the leather cover ?
It’s going to depend on the leather cover! Some brands make their covers bigger. You can also get a cover custom made to accommodate your planner with a clear cover. So many options!

Ok, you have to tell me how to bring the shine back to a maverick because my first (and only) was very loved and from the bst. It’s supposed to be shiney but the shine has worn off. If there’s a way, I need to know!
The only way I’ve found is to buff fast with the soft chic Sparrow bag. I do it till it gets warm and it will lift fingerprints and grime. I haven’t used any product on it. There may be a better way, I just haven’t tried anything else!
@@sarahmartinezjournals Thank you ma’am. I did the baby wipe-wipe down, but don’t want to do it agan if I don’t have to. It did however help with the scent.

Thanks so much! I’ve always heard that PP fits A6 books really flush and I just wanted to try it for myself. Since I carry it out of the house, it’s nice to have a more compact setup. Also, Chic Sparrow cuts all their sizes really roomy so I find I have to have more inserts to fill out an A6 to my liking.
Love A6 as well! I use a stalogy for journaling and my a6 muji for memory planning! I had a Hobonichi last year and now I’m regretting not get one this year!
I need to get my hands on a muji! I have a partially used stalogy that I hope to finish journaling in this year. A6 is just bliss right now🙌🏼

I never thought of putting my A6 hobo in a pocket plus. I'm assuming that you use the strings to anchor the book? I love the idea!
It works so great in a pocket plus! I’ve linked my video in the description “My pocket plus TN setup” that explains how I have the Hobo in there. I made a folder to go around the string, then I slip the hobo in the folder.
