Welcome to day 7 of our 10-day yoga challenge for hips.
We do a little bit different movements on day 7. Start sitting and moving with deep breathing. Toward the end of our practice, we will get up and use the chair to get deep into our hip joints.

That's right. If the class runs close to 15 minutes, I usually type 15. Ex)9.10 minutes -> 10 minutes, 28.47 minutes->30m minutes :)
