Great videos. As an ER nurse, this is a common thing we see. I had a pt tonight with liver cirrhosis, with esphg varices that ruptured. Wish people realize how bad alcoholism can damage your body. Great videos

I am a registered nurse now, and I admit that once I started working, many things have lost touch because most of the time we work like robot which I dont like because I like to find out thre "why " for every actions I take. And ever since I started watching your videos, I get to refresh my memories and also even learn more things that I used to! And it also able to help me in giving more quality care to my patients. I loveeee your videos and you also keep me motivated in my profession as a nurse. keep up the great work Sarah! ♥️

A&P is a pain.... I think everyone can agree to that. But, the way you explain things makes things easier to understand and stick. Pathology is imperative for nursing, and your explanation of different disorders makes sense because you not only explain the A&P of an organ or system... but because you go into the pathophysiology! Thank you!

Hi, Sarah! Your entire website is outstanding, especially for those of us reviewing. Your enthusiasm is an inspiration! Do you think you could cover ALS? My sister died from it when I was in the middle of nursing school and I remember being a little frustrated that it was never covered in RN school. I hate having firsthand knowledge, but this devastating disease needs more attention. Thanks and keep doing what you do best!

Thanks, Sarah. It was tough, especially since she was a priest. It's a demonic disease. I won't ever NOT watch your videos! They're absolutely one of the best resources I've ever found online and I'm turning all my friends and other students to you. All agree that your dosage calculations videos are amazing and so helpful! A lot of us struggle with math, but your step-by-step videos are broken down into specific types of calculations, which allows us to focus on one at a time, skip the ones that we're comfortable with, focus on our weak spots, and use the quizzes and worksheets to cement it in our brains. Your methods and delivery are spot on and I'm thrilled to have found you! Keep up the amazing work and accept my thanks on behalf of nursing students everywhere. You may be saving someone's sanity! Much love to you and God bless!

I am a 39 year old male with cirrhosis of the liver. I have been through everything that you have talked about and have stopped alcohol for one year. I have been diagnosed that my liver is stable but I am noticing weight gain and my belly is getting enlarged again. I am going to keep watching your videos as they are extremely helpful in learning about my disease. I am on 100 mg of methadone for a previous drug addiction that I have given up over 12 years ago. Do you recommend that I wean myself off the methadone - does it go through the liver and is it harmful to the liver?
Thank you for any comment you can give me.

So I consume whole day reviewing Liver Cirrhosis for JUST ONE TOPIC because if you are my lecturer it would only consume less than 40 minutes. Walah, I feel like I know the topic well because of you. I just watched a video about liver disease. A female physician was talking about this, and to be honest it feels like I watched similar just more in depth with Sara. This video is more teachable whereas the physician was more informational and really quick video.
