Here's a thought: you can have a society where race is irrelevant, as long as people feel that they are part of the same group. I'm from Quebec, I'm white, and I feel much closer to a black man speaking French in one of Quebec's many accents than to a white man speaking only English, since my cultural identity is much more important to me than my racial identity. We have 3d generations immigrants who have completely assimilated culturally whilst still keeping their foreign look, you know, because genetics. I disagree that you can't have a society without a dominant race, as group identity can transcend the concept of race. You'll probably still have a dominant GROUP though.

The population of my community is just 4million. It is very common to see the people of my community to only buy products from the businesses of our community and donate to the poor but only of our community. Well..to a extent this is true atleast to my religion.
In my country India, I belong to a minority religion group "Jain" . Jains are followers of the religion Jainism. The population of my community is just 4million. It is very common to see the people of my community to only buy products from the businesses of our community and donate to the poor but only of our community.
The population hasn't increased much of our community but over the decades our community became the second richest in India with the highest literacy rates.
