My AOC 34" ultrawide died 1.5 years into a 3 yr. warranty, AOC had an upgraded model RMA'd to my door within 9 days...if a company's word is better than their warranty...BUY IT.
I heard bad things about them, but a few years ago I bought their 49in agon screen, it came with a dead pixel all the way in the right side corner. I couldn't see it so need less to say 5 years later i still have this screen. I also like it more than the G9 at the time because it simply had a better construction, instead of all that plastic and wobble mount this things stand is made of metal. My next upgrade is either this screen or the 49 oled when it comes out.
@@black7844 The AOC PD49 is already out, and it's great - also check out the Evnia 49M2C8900 (also made by MMD who make AOC monitors), which is one of the best monitors I've ever reviewed.
LG model doesn't have that issue it needs to be turned off while playing, it will refresh the pixels by itself when turning off or during gaming it slightly moves the pixels.

Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s great to hear AOC delivered on their promise and made your day a little brighter with that upgrade.

Thanks for letting me know I've not had the chance to review a LG monitor so I wouldn't of known
