Nice! I have more Miata videos coming, I think I am going to tackle changing the bushings. If there is anything specific you would like to see, let me know!
how did you get the stock seat belts to retract like stock i have the same seats and rollbar and mine do not retract good anymore after the rollbar install
I had to finagle the triangle that the belt slides through. There is a tab on it that is to help the belt keep from getting twisted and tangled, but it will also cause the belt to get hung on it and then it won't retract properly. I used a dremel with a cut off wheel and carefully trimmed some of that tab back and it helped some. Eventually I added harness, but still have the stock belts in the car.
I know this video is a bit old but I was wondering if the same steps apply to a 1999 nb1 Miata? Looking to pick up a roll bar soon!! I do have a glass back so I’m guessing the m2 is the best application for my soft top?
Nice video, my man! I just picked up an '89 Eunos Roadster that some teenager has adde his own "flavour" to. Luckily, that included coilovers, quick release steering wheel and some nice wheel sand tires. But damn. the interior is terrible! and the tail lights are so 2000's...
Great video bro!
An added bonus, the roll bar also helps stiffen the chassis!
Better than some other roll bar install vid!!
Thanks for watching!
Great video Randy!!

just picked me up a 2000 nb and ready to work on it!

Yep. M2 if you have a soft top with a glass rear window. The steps will mostly be the same.
Great video!
