Pretty easy recipe to make. The outcome is gorgeous, and to look prettier and increase the flavor of it, I added pomegranate on top of it ss well as mint leaves.

I have the HUNGARIAN SWEET SMOKED PAPRIKA AND THE Regular non-aromatic paprika for aesthetic purposes! Which does this cause for? Im going Hungarian. NVRMND
Btw my grandmother from Ukraine put it directly on the Flame and turned it i think she chopped it in a wooden bowl with onion garlic and olive oil she just called it chopped eggplant
Sorry, but this is not Baba Ghanouch, but Humus with eggplant taste! Come on. Baba Ghanouch must never go into that blending machine, but chopped by a large knife by hand. Also the mix needs chopped mint and parsley, among other things.
Worst recipe I've seen so far. Baba ganoush is supposed to still have the eggplant texture. Reason why the eggplant should just be smashed with a fork or something. The processed eggplant is just disgusting. You'll never see that in a lebanese restaurant.
