I sold mine a few weeks ago. I tried all sorts of configurations with it and the problem I had with it was that it was very overgassed. People say BCM's are overgassed but they are nowhere near as gassy as my DD Block 2 was. I had the Brownell's upper with the SOCOM profile barrel. i loved the RIS2 but that was really the only thing I liked about that gun. It was just as accurate as my BCMs too, no more, no less. Nothing special. Build quality was obviously good but so is BCM. I, nor anyone who shot my gun, was ever able to shoot a 10 shot sub-moa group with my DD m4a1. It was 2moa with good ammo(MK262). It'll cycle anything though...

I have a very similar set up difference is I’m running an atlas bipod and m lock instead of the quad and I’m right at 12 pounds, that’s with a 20 round mag. Without the bipod im at 11 and change. Not too bad for me.
Depends on what muzzle break or flash hider is pin & welded on your gun. Probably a sure fire. You can buy suppressors online or at gun shops that sell them.
If you haven’t found your answer, send your upper to D.Wilson mfg and have him remove the stock pin and weld. Then, have him pin and weld the new muzzle device that will work with your suppressor. Just make sure your new muzzle device is the proper length to reach the 16in OAL
I think mid length has is here to stay and expect barrel lengths to continue to run the range of 8” all the way up to 20”. AR15s are so versatile and a barrel swap is pretty easy to do.
