I have a dog name nyx. But weirdly, Belly reminds me of him. ever since I got my dragon though, Nyx has gotten jealous even though he acts like he hates attention... weird lol

If you're referring to my intro, in the U.S. we drive on the left hand side of the car..... So since I was on the right hand side of the car, there's no way that I could have been driving...

So I think I just gotta have patience and see if I pick him up the right way he will like it or not. Sometimes he is ok for about 2 mins and he is like ok I wanna run around now. He is only almost 8 months old so I guess I gotta give him more time.

Haha mine absolutely HATES being picked up BUT loves going for car rides lol. Always tries to get to the highest point in though so that means she becomes a parrot up on my shoulder looking out the window with her head following back/forth as we zoom by cars. Red lights are fun when they look over & jump cuz Red is just staring them down lol
I just got a 3 year old leather back who is too sweet. But in the reptile store who usually always takes care of their animals perfect. He was was kept in a very small viv with that dirt you can mold to have tunnels etc... he was brought in with 7 other lizards (full grown) that were used for breeding. Because he is some type of fancy white lizard ( I know what he is but he will just be my baby) I.can see his quick and if I trim his nails I would make him hurt and bleed. . But because they are so sharp, just when he's hanging out on my chest long sleeve shirt and moves a tiny bit he makes me bleed. I would love a video on how to do it but an answer would be just as good. Thank you for all you do to help all of us to be the best carerers we an be.
I get home late at night (work 2nds/3rds) I'm a new owner of a rehomed 5 year old. Question is it ok to pick her up from a sleep or should I just wait till the days im off to handle her during the day?
You are very correct. I cannot disagree in the slightest. They can be very squirmy and jumpy little things. Always super precious though and should be handled with the same amount of care.

At first Belly sounded like a weird name until I started hearing and seeing it over and over. Very unique name!
That was not the name on her birth certificate. However, I found this name (since it was her nickname) to be more fitting for her personality.

Some dragon don't like to be held. They are all a little different. Only one of my babies actually likes to be held so don't feel too bad.

Every dragon is different and some don't like to be held. They do better with a consistent routine.
