    🥩 Tips for Making the Crispiest Skewers
    1. For even cooking and charring, space the meat pieces apart on the skewers so that they aren’t touching each other. You need space for the hot air to touch the pieces of meat evenly!
    2. Also, space the skewers apart on the air fryer basket so that they aren’t touching each other. Cook multiple batches if needed. Transfer the cooked skewers to a serving plate, load the air fryer with the rest of the raw skewers, and enjoy eating the first batch as you wait.
    3. Don’t air fry the skewers with any other food, such as vegetables or other accompaniments. The additional food will increase the cooking time and can produce steam that makes the skewers taste soggy.

      Lamb shoulder has a good amount of fat, which keeps the meat moist and juicy 😋
