Workout details
1. Smith Machine Incline Press (Upper Chest) - 4 sets of 8-12 reps
2. Smith Machine JM Press (Triceps) - 3-4 sets of 6-15 reps
3. Dumbbell Lateral Raise Giant Set (Shoulders) - 3 sets of AMRAP

compare to other videos the audio is very low(i am full vol on comp youtube and headphones)
Might just be your setup/ surroundings... sounds fine to me with my headphones at half volume
it comes from you somehow.
=> right click on the video settings of this video and click "stats for nerds".
you will see the level of this video is only at 69%, that means youtube turned it down (like with most videos) so all videos have the same levels. This is perfectly normal and shows this video has no audio level issues.
If this video was too low, audio levels in the stats would be at 100%

4:35 i never thought of that. I sometimes do this exercise on flat bench. Same setup as flat bench but with narrower grip. I never thought to move the bar to shoulder level

I keep trying to 'rest' like that, out of habit, during the 2nd last rep of incline dumb press thinking i might get enough energy to finish the last rep but i'll always fail it

Unironically, not hating on her, slay but if you're trying to specifically target your chest a sports/compression bra would allow you a couple inches more ROM, and that is more rom in the most hypertrophycally effective part of the rom, the extended position, so it would give that much more results

Her chest changes the 45 degree angle to 75 Degree. Therefore, she has to set the bench to 15 degrees to compensate. Now her back is 45 degrees

First off, Smith Machines and similar equipment don't offer the proper form. Look at someone doing a bench press with a free weight bar compared to this. The mechanics of the lift are off.
The same applies to the shoulder exercises you're teaching. You don't do these with your arms straigth out. You have to have a bend to them.

My understanding is for women working our your chest/pectorals does not equal a bigger chest as a "big chest" for women is pretty much either implants or fat. Breasts are made of fat if you work them out they'll shrink or sag (breasts may vary).

as a girl, I think Agnes upper body is way stronger than me. I try jm press before on smith machine but it still heavy to do. I rather switch to one hand overhead triceps extension until my triceps strong enough for JM press.
Try JM Press-style push up on a raised Smith bar. That way you mimic the movement more. Or maybe Cable Pushdown with a straight bar.
Try dumbbell skull crushers , same movement pattern but the weight is more incrementally changeable
