Just a sweep to the standing leg. Fake the round kick, when he tries to check it, close and press his hands/body back while you kick under the check the supporting leg.

I'm sure he would mate. I was talking to Sylvie a few days ago and she said that he'd like to go to the US to teach, but the visa situation is too complex. He trains Sylvie and arranges fights for her so I think he'd be open to training any foreigners.
