I am looking to upgrade but have to keep cost down as I am retired without a lot to spend. The machines I have been looking at are the azzuno mig 200F like you review in this video the other 2 are the Tooliom 200M and vevor 270 mig. I know you have not done review on the vevor but I was wondering which of the other 2 would be your first choice. I have done quite a bit of stick welding but just getting into mig and flux core. I have an old 240amp AC-DC arc welder Made by century and sold by monygomery wards, which does great on anything I have used it on up to 1/2 inch I beam. I like the ease of the mig but I made the mistake of starting off with a central electric 90 amp flux core from harbor freight, it does ok on really light stuff but not so much on anything over 1/8. You recommendation would be much appreciated.

I was very impressed with the Tooliom 200. The performance for its price range is excellent.

Hi great video , any tips and recommendations on a complete tig set up for this machine

I did not look into the TIG feature. You would need a compatible gas connector. A WP17 or WP20 would work fine.

You could get a QD gas fitting set. Connect a short section of hose permanently to the machine.

So I purchased the tooliom 200m after watching a ton of reviews on it. I heard you mention it again in this video. I did watch you review on it. But I was wondering how you still feel about it now that you've had it for a while? You still impressed with it? I hope I like it. I'm new to welding. I was using the ol chicago electric 90amp which is an ac welder and I couldn't get any good welds out of it. My tooliom will be here in a few days I'm hoping it steps my beginner game up a tad. What do you think?

Hi and thanks for watching. Yes, I am still using the TL200M and it's one of my favorite MIG machines under $1000. That's saying a lot considering it's under $300.

@@EverydayVics could you actually TELL US THE SETTINGS? I mean, the instructions are absolutely worthless. Watching someone attempt to figure it out and not really say anything concrete that's usable doesn't help at all.

I think the arc sound was telling me that the machine setup wasnt exactly right .... Maybe spool setup feeder tension... A little too much spatter ... What do you think was causing that ? I would love to see some 120v welds since many people will be using 120 on this.

120 works awesome just don’t weld anything too thick or you’ll trip the breaker. I’m a weekend welder and use this Machine with all 3 processes

I know that you normally do these reviews based on what makes the most sense, but they have a tig welder. Do y'all think you can review that?

Of course. We'll reach out to them about that ACDC-200. Thank you for the suggestion!

@@EverydayVics I actually decided to order it, and return my MIG from them. I had used there mig as a lift tig setup and realized I should just get the real Tig. Also noticed their machine doesn't have a foot pedal and may not be the best for the money, but we will see

I think the extra hole in the back is for an external spool of wire. That's the only thing that I can think of using it for

That makes a lot of sense. I noticed a few guys have cut similar holes in the back of their welders to run the bigger spools like the older 2 part setups.

These seem like some good machines but I cant believe how they would slack on the spindle and use such a robust carrying handle. Someone must have been drinking on the job in the manufacturing plant or shed lol.

I have a lot of appreciation for how in toon your video are the mig guns are all the same make it is ether a binzel or a tweeco unless you go out a buy a Bernard mig guns and they are top of the line the azzuno is a decent machine to really test it out is maximum output and see if it's able to weld and keep up with the wire speed. Most shit welders like the Vulcan it can't keep up with the wire feed it pops and splits. Alot of your welds needed to adjust the ind and the splatter will go away.

      @EverydayVics  6 месяцев назад

Thank you. That's great info and makes sense. I did play with increased inductance off-camera but don't recall much change. I also tried voltage adjustments. I really wanted to like this machine and was hoping to add it to a quick-fix area at another shop. If I come across this machine again I will remember your suggestions. Thank you for watching🤙

The way you're melting down over that spool holder kind of makes me think you've never welded before. The slop is good. If it was a tight fit the spool would bind. The drive rolls are what is important....and then you get hung up on the handle...like dude you seem like a young guy and you're already turning into a grandpa...wonder what you'll be like when you're actually old

LOL yes i guess i am an old man already.
I have welded in aerospace both military and civilian sectors for over 20yrs. people tell me i look young but i have children who finished college and/or serving in the military. Anyhow, I've used the best machines available so reviewing a cheap toy machine is an adjustment.

Most professional level MIG welders (Cobramatic, Millermatic, Multimatics) use a spindle+hub setup. The wire spool doesn't slop around on anything because its part of the hub. The hub spins on spindle👍
