A key thing Nick does with his chords that you didn't mention: He'll draw out the chord normally, then move the "middle note" (which is the "third" for people that know theory) up one octave. He does that almost EVERY time I watch him make a chord progression

I've been following all the Nick Mira tutorials & live streams for a long time... This video was just a reminder that I know almost all the tricks & tips that Nick uses
You’re definitely the first person on RUclips who I’ve come across that makes how to tutorials which are this specific. Really appreciate this content bro especially in regard to sound banks ect. 🙏🏾
Also for what nick does for his masters he adds a soft clipper an a fruity limiter On the fruity limiter turn all your envelope knobs off n move around the loudness knobs to give your sound more of a boost.... your welcome :)
@@AFFLIKTIONBEATS nah he dosnt anymore not tat i see but i know kcsupreme still uses still but not as much as before i figure they stop cause most of them switch to fl 20
@@obi1560 does limiter not flatten as much or what? i personally do use maximizer but if its better to just go soft clipper and limiter on master imma do it lol ill try it on my next beat.
@@obi1560 also would leave soft clipper for non mastered versions for artists or take off and what order do you put is it limiter first or soft clipper first thx!!
Yo huge thanks to you bro! Came across your channel on my reccomended and by far the best beat tutorial/guide youtuber out there! Keep it up g much love
Im so impressed with how depth you go! My question for you is how in the heck do you know which sounds he used? - like your right, but fr like theres thousands of sounds and even more expansions, how you figure it out my g?
can you make a tutorial vocal mix, autotune, fitting vocal to the beats and tune vocal to the beats? i really need that type of tutorial. i know how to make beats but i don't know much about vocal and autotune or music theory, i wanna make songs tbh, but i need to learn about those first. i decide to start from phonk beats with vocals, because it's doesn't need a lot of lyrics and only 4 or 8 bar acapella loop.
nick used to use omni so much he became blue but now he’s back to his natural green
yeah, I forgot about blue Mira and Jesus Mira. Thanks for correcting me
blue mira was prime mira
@@prodjacobbbb yeah lol think he stopped using Omni or doesn't use it often cause people always said he use it. Shouldn't have stopped tho.
@@Ulowwxrld yeah he barely even uses vst’s now, he uses one shots A LOT
@@Jordanppayne oneshots are fire though no lies but with vsts like that he shouldnt struggle just to please anyone.

hey bro love the vids! Also one question. Why FL 11 over FL 20?
internet money members used to use fl11 because they were more used to it and they also had a custom skin but they all use fl 20 now
