If you should stretch, what stretch to use, envelope all of that, and how not to muddy them up. The names of the scales come from the places in Anatolia (currently Turkey). All the scales are based on the music that people played in certain areas of Anatolia. For example, the phyrigian scale is from Phyrgia.
they call these types of scales "modes". There are 7 different modes and in the key of C major, every note up the scale is a new mode. C to C is Ionian, D to D is Dorian, etc. Little facts like this change the game but aren't needed to be successful

I dont know If I explained well enough but I would say parts of the progression are off-beat I believe and that makes it hard to make a 4 bar loop. It would easier explained in video
Relax meditate before u start and go with the flow. You are most likely overthinking it. If your having problems with your confidence keep brushing up on music theory

They will have life and soul. Practice your scales and chords and find out why you go from one key to another. So you are not blindly pressing keys over and over. That way you learn to make tension and release and resolve.
3:30 u can also use the scale highlighting setting and choose the scale u wanna work in. This applies to the current version of FL, idk if the old version has this feature
I have been producing for close to 4 years, I've dabbled in making my own melodies but they usually don't sound that good. So I sticked to using loops. This tutorial is really good, I've just made my first actual decent sounding melody with it. I hope I can keep it up!
