In today's Melody tutorial I cover everything you need to consistently make good sounding melodies. I cover chord progressions, layering sounds, counter melodies, mixing, and more! This tutorial is great for beginners just starting to make beats and producers that have been making beats for a while but still can't consistently make great sounding melodies.

Aye thank you, literally lost my touch until I watched this
Great video but can I ask where I can get sad sounding sample packs and stuff to make juice wrld type beats
Hey hope all is well, I was just wondering can you sample songs in the free trial? I tried sampling a song and the sound is not playing
ı love you man :3
do you take out the low wend of each sound or just the master in the mixer
I really enjoy it
Can I learn with you
im trying to understand cords im lost
Same
@@prada96 cords are pretty much notes being played at the same time that consist of the root note(the first note of any scale) the 3rd, and the 5th note. So for example c major scale the notes are C,D,E,F,G,A,B,C. C would be the root note. Next the 3rd note would be E and the 5th notes would be G. So therefor A cord for C major would be C(1st note) ,E(3rd note) ,G(5th note)
@kyreejordan8263 you made that about as confusing as possible. I know chords and that confused me
@@Prometheus770 why I explained is legit the simplest way I could go on about diatonic cords and that would make it more confusing as ever
you wanna know chords? start with intervals then scales. then major + minor scales. learn your triads as the basics and build more full chords using extensions (7,9,11) learning to play broken chords and arrpegios will be the foundation of your future melodies. keep working hard

the keyboard that has all sort of things on them like judo i don't have that so i don't know what i would do. if I didn't so any tips on what i can do if i don;t have it and the sound im using is a detuner lead for the piano to sound like what you did already

So if I start with a minor cord, the following cord would be a major? 💡
what is the shortcut for transposing notes?
