I'm operating a loader for the first time in years. Great to have a refresher before getting into one rather than looking like a fool for my boss. Thank you for the video I found it very helpful.
I'm a operator of 20 years. I really would love to get into safety and training. You did a great job
It's my dream to be a an operator, buh I don't get any help 🥺
I'm a trainer assessor for a lot of earth moving and safety tickets. I don't know where you're from but its not so hard. Here in Australia you need a trainer assessor qualification and then talk to a registered training organisation. Of course takes a bit of natural ability to train classrooms full of blokes (and girls who are often rougher than the blokes), with theory presentations then go out on the machine for practical. I often actually use this video in Front End Loader training because its done so well and cos I last used this model Komatsu in a normal job lol
@@MW-cx3sbI am currently doing cert 3 in civil construction. Before I commenced the course I watched each of these tutorials on front loader, excavator, skid steer and roller. Our first practical was excavator. My instructor asked if I had hours on the machine because I knew pre start and controls. I told the truth and siad no, I just did my research. Even as a student I can identify who will gain a qualification and move onto a position in construction.
Much better than the loader I just learned on. Broken disconnected seat, run out pins that hold the hold the two halves together so the bucket sways 10 inches either way while trying to load a pickup, no reverse beeper, side mirror missing. I complained. Hey told me if I dont like it, go home. I went home. Buh bye, Courtland Landscaping in tillsonburg Ontario. Thanks for the tour of a real loader.
gonna operate one of these for my new job on monday so glad these videos exist gonna get a headstart!
How was your interview done? Me i have one tomorow
Hope it went well!
@@HeavyMetalLearning Hi
How did it go?
i also weel loader driver here in Taiwan. and im from Phillipines. hope to work in other country, what country you work?
Just started a job with a very big soil company. Was supposed to just maintain the yard but they want to get me on a 644k Deere after learning the bobcat and water truck! Never worked heavy equipment but it’s so fun! It’s like a video game!
Newly appointed front-end loader operator. Good demonstration
I'll be operating a lil CAT 966 soon. Keep your load low as possible while pivoting and your floor level and hard. Dump your 1st load into the truck as low as possible slowly to protect the dump body and not shock the driver. Keep all movements as short as possible for quicker loading. Dump with your machine as straight as possible.
well said.. good habit and it will keep you from damaging the dump truck...
@@x...CrankyOldMan...x unless you don't like the driver😅
I am a beginner also on wheel loader i really appreciate u teaching
I'm a beginner on the wheel Loader. I really enjoyed your video. I love heavy equipment and you made it easier for me to adjust to it. Clear, straight to the point and informative. AWESOME!
great video simple to understand
Given a 5 minute intro on a very old loader and pointed at a pile. Pile eventually moved without incident, but I’m definitely watching all your videos.
Starting a new job hopefully soon in a quarry here in Australia 🇦🇺 been watching this for a bit of a refresher... only ever been on old machines before
Good luck mate 🙂🙂🙂 It's a useful machine and if you're any good in it; you will be loved by everyone. One of the busiest machines on a job site.
@@JohnDoe-yq3mf thanks mate 👍
As a life long forklift operator driving sit downs and stand up one the controls are the same i see no difference when it comes operations on this but it's just bigger equipment. I like the video very well informative.
I just started operating last week and I couldn’t say there is a better instructor to do it then you!!!
Start a new job in a quarry tomorrow and I'm a complete novice. Brilliant video for a first timer 👍
This is what I'm going to do for a living!! I've already got my forklift, backhoe and bulldozer!!
Am a fast learner so far I've mastered so many things
Thank you so much
This man is a experience to drive a machine very wonderful
Wish i had seen your excellent videos before I had to learn to use one of these machines for some work im doing in the UK .I would definitely have to disagree with you though when you say your not an expert because you teach so well ,the guy showing me just sat in his pick up truck 20 feet away smoking cigarettes and mumbling the odd instruction in between taking calls on his mobile.I would have been furious if i had had to pay for this so called course.Thank you for the videos and keep up the great work.
I like the pace at which you deliver your message
Wow! I have drove the Loader in 1999 and 2000 but it's been a long time I haven't drive it. I'm a deaf man but I can talk and lipread. I'm trying to find a training of operating a heavy Equipment because I'm told I need to have to renew the Licensed every 3 years. I'm still currently looking for that training so I can work at any location near Philly daily.
Man I wish my tractor had that auto curling feature!🤣
I've been training in a WA150 at work in a transfer station/recycling centre and after learning the basics it just about spending time in the machine and learning what can do. We use it to move everything from concrete rubble to timber and pushing up waste and loading tippers.
Thanks for the informative video. Been operating a bulldozer and excavator and just purchased my first wheel-loader. Your tips will certainly help me get off to a good start.
Posso eseguire questo carico, voglio che funzioni
Very good explain for example, which I learn operator, I'm planning for training Heavy Equipment... Thanks for explain, I has been dream about those when I was kids, I always want work for those..... Thanks
Thank you so much for the lesson,I'm a grader operator from south Sudan
Thank you so so much I will make my daddy proud of me I really want to operate with front end loader since my childhood
Just landed a job doing this starting Monday, have the endorsement but no experience.... Yet, so hopefully it's as easy as you made it look ✌️
Nothing is that easy...but you’ll figure it out. Good luck!
Thanks cool. Any vacancy available for anyone?
ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದೆ ಸರ್ ಅದ್ಬುತ ❤️🎉😊
Thanks . I m driving tractor trailer and i wanted to learn how to operate it to load it ! It was useful video 🇨🇦👍
I'm doing the same right now lol about to load my first one in an hour 😅
I operate a 270 wheel loader equipped with a set of forks in a cotton gin yard unloading cotton roundas and moving cotton rounds, second season doing so
The machine I'm currently learning/operating on is a significantly older Komatsu so a lot of this fell flat because of it. That being said good demonstration and picked up good safety tips
Operate case wheel loaders on the daily decent machines but no komatsu 🤣along with many other heavy machines 👌 great video man
Doing that is on my bucket list
I really appreciate your video. It helped me a lot
I don't know about you other operators but I wear my seat belt because I drive over very uneven terrain and my machine is trying to kill me. It's a very violent ride. We use a 60 & 110, both Volvos. Moving wood waste and it's byproducts.
Well done and informative video on basic Loader operation .
The wheel is similar to a basic forklift. I like it.
Great job really helped!!
❤ these videos and I want to see more of it ❤❤❤❤❤
Such an amazing video. Great job! Well organized and edited. Best on YT.
The company I work for uses loaders to put aluminum material into a rotary furnace. Sort of looks like a wider, shorter rotary concrete kiln.
The entire operation, once the bucket is full, is overhead.
Oh, and when loading up the bucket, many operators, if not most, put the front wheels up in the air as they move forward into the "charge bin" (the big stall where aluminum material such as chips or dross is temporarily kept).
And on our biggest furnace, the charge bin is 180° from the furnace mouth
Hi am an operator and I don't have a job would you please refer me to a place where I can find a job
Thanks, your this video for me is like lesson # 1 to learn wheel loader😊 ❤🇦🇪💐
Thank I started training front and loader last very interesting keep us informed Laza from south Africa in pretoria
Great informational video.
I’ve been operating these FEL’s for several years now (on and off). Like anything else practice makes perfect!
Taking my 2B test next week. Hopefully this helps 😅
Thanks for the beginner introduction to the wheel loader. Great details.
Wow, I like that, how I wish I get a chance
This video is a gem
❤ quite impressive, this really helped me thanks so much
Gotta operate one of these Tuesday....thanks
The challenge for a new B is setting your blade level to the floor, you dismiss it by saying you have red lines well the problem is my machine doesn't not much help on learning how to level the blade. Still good video man.
There's usually something on the bucket which you can see from the cab and that will be level when the cutting edge is. Sometimes it's the flat part on top of the bucket itself. Sometimes it'll be pieces of sheet metal sticking out behind on both sides, and you have to reference the top of those to get your level. Look the bucket over really well and there should be something there to help you.
Thanks for the info!
Great help! Thank you. Open pit, loading rubbish into big bins 💩💩. No more plastic!!!☠️☠️
Very interesting. Just a few days ago I watched a RUclips video about operating a forklift. (I work at a hardware store and the staff often use forklifts to move and stock skids. Although I don't use the forklifts myself I was curious to see how they were operated. It's not very difficult especially for someone who already knows how to drive a car.) But I was surprised there were RUclips videos about operating wheel loaders as well. I thought people would only have access to training on actual construction sites (although I realize nobody would be allowed to operate a wheel loader without proper training - clearly watching a few RUclips videos wouldn't suffice).
Driving a forklift is not the same as operating a car because the forklift is much heavier and can easily hurt someone or kill make sure you get the proper training before you ever touch one by someone who is certified.
Thank you, I hope to ride one soon
Very well operater
Am an Operator I like you training
Great Sir, Thank you very much
He man thank you so much you did vary well 💯 I'm from Pakistan thanks alote

I liked the comment/question. Im intrested as well
Appreciate the content once again would you guys maybe be able to Get A Rubber wheel excavator, a Back Hoe loader & Redo Skidsteer/Bobcat Video 2020 Version longer & more in depth & add more out in the field content such as paving or other construction projects maybe even team up with other operators on RUclips.
Like that...we'll see what we can do.
I got one of these machines at my workplace I can mess around with. Kinda hard to actually pick something up.
Good video.

What qualifications do l need for training as a front end loader operator? And can l be accepted at any institution at 57-60 years of age?
Is there a school that you can get hands on experience like driving and that’s part of the training
several schools around the country...depending on where you are. We have programs as well at our MN and TX locations: www.heavymetallearning.com/heavy-metal-academy
I’m in Massachusetts I thought there was a school around Massachusetts I was hopping this was the school
Eric Peterson sorry... not us...but I’m sure there is something in that area.
@@HeavyMetalLearning please am pay loader operator but I need to learn new machine and work in your company.
@Heavy Metal Learning i've never used a wheel loader or a track loader
I am only operating 3tons fork lift so I will lie to have a physical training on other advance equipment.. how can I reach you?
I work around the ones with the 2 spike things on them, is that just an attachment
Where’s your hard hat? I’m a safety man btw.
Nice
I want to work this job I watched the video but I had no practical driving to one of these machines I feel I can do it but will they ask for previous experience or what ?
Good
Thanks
don't forget to stop by my kecan sub mr behind.
In my experience, a person operating a loader like this should always use a seat belt, you get thrown around a lot on most sites.
How much is training on that one?
Are you going to provide are reference for this vidio
Thanks for this video im going to start working on a farm and they use these and also to load the feed trucks
