    I really enjoyed this video. I've watched almost every video by Sweet Wise. The camera was very shaky though. I would love to see this remade with a steady hand on the camera.

    This method and tip works with either medium. In the video we used buttercream.

    Glad you liked the Vid. Getting a nice red is easy if you're using the right products. Try using Crystal Color Poinsettia. If you'd like a nice primary red, color ivory first and then add the poinsettia. The Crystal Color line is a finely powdered food color. It works great for coloring fondant too. You can find Crystal Color at Sweet Wise*com under coloring products.

    Hi. I'm doing my sons 4 tier wedding this year, but i've never done intricate piping. He wants something like an art deco design cake. Are there any practice sheets whereby i can practice piping on and use it time and time again? Rose in UK
