The nonsectarian, volunteer-driven non-profit is the NY metro area’s leading provider of medically tailored meals for people living with severe illnesses.

Bless you darling! I also saw the original cast and was moved by this song. It changed my life. My brother passed in 2005 from an AIDS related illness, we measure our life in love. I am so profoundly sorry for your loss.
This song is so relevant for these are very trying times. All the negative discourse is no help. It makes things worse. More people are needed to help promote more positive discourse. With such, we can and will overcome all negative challenges we face now.

I work as a payroll advisor for the hospital I am employed at. We are in charge of running the payroll for the entire staff in every department especially the ones on the frontline. Though we are pretty much the bottom of the staff hierarchy since we I am an administrator under HR. Having no option to work from home & going to work despite the ongoing pandemic I am fortunate for the job I do. With Rent being one of my all time fave musicals I’m reminded that although I’m not physically on the frontlines in my hospital, I do what I can to make sure those who are get paid for everything they do to help us in our time of need 🥰

I saw the first performance in NY...Then in San Francisco ...Then in London...Then the 25th Anniversary show in SF last year...Every company brought their own magnificence and power...Folks seated around us had seen the show many more times than us and we shared a bond. I still wear the original tee shirt I bought, and it still fits‼️ And we continue to share Seasons of Love. Bless you all🌹

This song ALWAYS makes me cry.
That guy singing the solo is the original broadway cast soloist. In the stage version both the male and female solos are sung by ensemble actors.
This brought a tear to my eye to hear and see them all together again, and they still got it.
They didn’t even start singing and I was already crying because of the intro heh.

As a one time recipient of God's Love We Deliver, I thank all of the volunteers, donors and in this case, those who sang to let us all see that they are continuing their meal service delivery to those people who are too ill to go out to shop but receive catered meals, tailored to each person is still going strong through this very difficult time. This musical holds such a place in my heart it's what got me into musical theater while watching it at least I can't sing for s*** and what gave me a love and passion for the songs the stories behind them I'm currently watching this with my 8 lb Chihuahua mix cujo and wondering if he's even understanding why in the hell am I showing this to him I don't know for me I want to pass this on to my children maybe my nieces and nephews they're a little too young at the moment for rent at least but I want to pass this on to the people in my life the people I care about and that does include my crazy little furball who I've listened to me cat or wall dance and just generally act crazy with these songs and hopefully one day I'll get to introduce them to my kids
