I often think people cry plagiarism too easily in the knife community, but I’ll say that the combination of the three same GENERAL blade shapes and the modular handle and the somewhat similar handle shape do make for thought. I’ll bring it up with Axial. Certainly, the handle system is different and Axial has already been using these three blade shapes on their OTFs. It’s not a copy, maybe they took some inspiration? Idk
That is interesting, ( scale changes) I had been looking @ a wrench knife ( Ka Bar Forged)7 1/4" bare handle 🗡 w kydex type sheath Ulti -clip... This has a more desirable blade 🔪 profile ( for me)

That looks SUPER close to the Boker/Daily Customs AK1 Wharncliffe. Handle especially, and similar swappable scales system. No bueno.
