    Funny you said one of your butter cutters bit you. My chefs knive bit me at work Friday night. I literally cut tje tip of my finger off. It was just the tip. Lol.

    i think it would make a great outdoors knife. good steel...not too heavy and can do all the tasks you need...

    Great show brother !! As I’ve aged I like these smaller fixed blades. When I was younger I liked those foot long Rambo knives lol. Curious if you know how strong is the Carbon Fiber Handle material. Maybe it’s because it’s so light weight and the glassy feel, but I feel like it might break if dropped on a hard surface. Where I think Micarta seems stronger. Anyway, great review I’m trying to get a little bit more active again. I’ve been out of sorts for the last month or so, but trying to get back into the swing of it.
