If you find that adjusting the playback speed to 2x makes the speech too fast, and 1x too slow, there are likely intermediate settings available that you may find preferable.

Psycho Helmet I'd argue is even stronger, having the power of every single person in the whole city including all of the psychic's and easily taking out God Dimple with City Level attacks
Toichiro and Shimazaki are up there as well but really aren't as strong at least compared to the Top Tiers of the verse
I think the thing people forget the most while putting mob in a fight is that he can possess people. If someone doesn't have a counter to that then it's straight up done.

An interesting thing is that it was mentioned in a Q&A with ONE that if Dimple hadn't stopped Mob when he saw his parent's burning bodies he would've obliterated the universe. That's probably the highest feat ???% is known. The other is 100% Serious Mob (specifically when he has red eyes) which when asked in another QnA, ONE stated that he could go toe-to-toe with Tatsumaki and her feats are nothing to scoff at during the Monster Association Arc

The basic rule of thumb for these match ups is that the show with a higher degree of realism would always be more restricted and thus less powerful but if it surpasses that limitation, then it's an absolutely broken verse with 4th wall break horror and shit. And looking at the two protagonist, Mash being able to levitate by walking so fast in just the first couple of episodes, it's so obvious that Mob is outscaled, like that's ridiculous if something similar happens in his show.

I have a couple counter arguments to discuss.
1. When Mob just used 100% gratitude it gave Reigen the ability to straight up swat away psuedo-black holes like they were nothing. This is well beyond continental level.
2. When Mob blipped in to ??? from the house fire/bodies he settled himself and then INSTANTLY came up with a new ability to do exactly what he needed at that time. His adaptability is out of this world when unleashed.
The biggest argument I'd have is one already addressed. Mob, much more so than Mash, would never engage in a fight. Especially now that he is at peace with himself and his powers.

power scales are entirely different between different series, along with the ways the laws of physics do or do not apply, but if we were to think about it logically, there would always be a very clear winner between any 2 fantasy/supernatural genre main characters, but most series with an overpowered main character run based on plot power and on demand power ups, along with a generous sprinkling of retcons and comedic relief.
so basically, the fight would either be dead even or entirely one sided, depending on how you thought about it, though we aren't really qualified to make that decision as it requires making quite a few assumptions to connect the power scales and physics between the two series, which will always tip the power balance one way or the other depending on your own opinion.
