ngl if you actually use win8.1 its insanely quick imo its the best version of windows just because of how well optimized it is like literally install a different start menu and disable hot corners and some other stuff and its perfect sadly no one liked it tho because it was essentially an update for windows 8 which was horrible for desktop users

its not well optimized it just has less features. and it is also unsupported by now. some apps dont support 8.1 too
