i did the same on a VM

2 weeks later! I've tried Windows 11 at last solely for DWMBlurGlass and guess what? It WORKS on some browsers, I've tried Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Brave and Opera GX so far, and out of them it worked withe Chrome, Firefox and Brave, all you have to do is to enable Mica in flags of the chromium based browsers or config in Firefox, restart the browsers and enjoy the transparency. Downsides I've discovered: - Enabling "Override AccentBlur effect" in DWMBlurGlass doesn't work on Windows 11 taskbar compared to Windows 10 taskbar for whatever reason. It's honestly strange that it works on Windows 10 taskbar to begin with. - Doesn't have any effect on the taskbar, start menu and settings app whatsoever compared to Windows 10 :( - For Firefox, if you use Firefox Color or any theme besides the default one the transparency won't work. Another downside is the active tab in dark mode looks grey much like the tabs of the File Explorer do. - For Brave, it won't work using vertical tabs mode but on the bright side regarding that it disables the annoying titlebar you get when you switch to vertical tabs mode but as great as that is, it have a downside of it's own which is almost completely hiding window control buttons.
