    Please note : Cup measuring are really tricky, so all gram to cup conversions are approximate

    240g ( 1 cup ) milk
    60g ( 2.1 oz ) dark chocolate ( 50% cocoa )
    30g ( 1 oz ) chocolate
    180g ( 2/3 cup ) whipping cream
    13g ( 1 Tbsp ) sugar
    3 bananas
    12 strawberries
    18 blueberries
    ( Garnish )
