Hi Mary, gorgeous cake and fab tutorial .thanks from Down Under.
How do you cook such perfect cakes ? Mine always shrink and get an indentation 1/2 way down which makes them look like they have been ringbarked

Hi! It might help to turn the heat if the oven a little more at the beginning of the baking. Then turn it back down after about 5 minutes. That way the heat will make it rise faster. Or you could maybe mix it a little longer to incorporate more air into the batter.
