It's all about self-improvement and A LOT of discipline (which I obviously do not have).

Ive just realized during Covid my wardrobe needed some changing to more classic colors and styles and wearing florals ages you when yr over 50

Great advice! I try to always be kind; even to people who may not deserve it, as well as to strangers when I’m out in public. You never know what may be going on in somebody’s life - small acts of kindness from strangers have made my day many times, so I like to do the same for others whenever I can.
The concept of not reacting immediately to a situation is really a good one. I’ve never been sorry for holding my tongue in difficult circumstances, but I’ve had quite a few regrets after giving in to the impulse to react. You’re right - it is often very embarrassing after whatever emotion you’re feeling in that moment is diffused.

Yes, true elegance starts from the inside first. I would like to be less impulsive and more patient with people and circumstances. I have lots of regrets because of both.

Mariana, not pompous at all. My goal is to be more Present. More aware of my moment in conscious way which opens the door to the path that you speak of.
