You gotta put it all out there the first time
I totally get where Dorian is coming from and I do train pretty low volume for this reason (5-12 working sets per muscle per week). But I’ve found most people simply cannot push to true 0 reps in reserve, and thus would gain additional stimulus by doing by 2-3 working sets per exercise instead of 1. At the end of the day, if you’re achieving progressive overload, what you’re doing is working regardless if it’s low volume/high intensity or moderate volume/moderate intensity

One set of 10 exercises is 10 set's
i usually have do 12 sets, i act like 10 i enough, i end up doing 14-16 coz why not
are you progressively overloading all of those 14-16 sets?
@@brennand933 idk if i can add weight i do but they're all clean and if i don't feel like imma die i go up to 20
At the next mesocycle try to start with lower volume and add when you reach Plato of improving don't put all your cards at the first minutes of the game
