*Kirin's Torment* Years before the events in Yakuza 3, a man searching for power starts wandering around the streets of Kamurocho. He barely spoke unless it was necessary, and he always kept a cold look on his face. The man's name was Yoshitaka Mine. On one of his walks, the man lights up a cigar, thinking to himself. He stares at the Tojo Clan Kazama building, looking at it with inmense curiosity. "Once the weak dissapear, the strong rise..." "One day... I will finally obtain what I want" The man walks up to the top of the building, looking over the city. Due to the officers not being there, the office was quiet as the night dropped. Soon after, a group of people start surrounding the roof. A man in a black coat and sunglasses approaches Mine and speaks in another language that Mine barely understands. "(Yoshitaka Mine. I was waiting you came here a long time ago)" The man was surrounded by his soldiers, pointing guns at Mine. Mine looked at them, and kept his composture during the entire way. "A CIA lapdog. What are you doing around this town?" The man starts cackling a bit before pulling his badge. "(That's Agent Andre Richardson to you. I've come to strike a bargain with you.)" "(I know you're a man seeking power, and that's what I wanted to speak about)" "I don't understand your point." "(It’s not like I expect you to fully understand it yet, but here's my deal)" "(I know you're looking for power and money, and I know the exact way to get it.)" "(And I've been looking that you stare at these buildings quite often.)" "(So do us both a favor. If you join the Tojo Clan, you can get all the power I want. In exchange, I'll provide you my personal defense.)" "(So, you take the deal?)" Mine chuckles, much to Richardson's anger. "(What's so funny?)" "It seems strange you brought your men for a deal, that's all. Fine, I'll take it." "(In that case, it's time I put you to a test.
