Hi Bianca, About Hanna's coloring books for children; she made five in total in collaboration with a Swedish fast food chain. Instead of handing out plastic toys, they include a children's book of some sort with their meals. As far as I know, only two of them is available for purchase and that is also the two that have been translated with an english title. I have three of them, I found the one titled Äventyr (Adventure) second hand. 🙂

When I started, I thought it would be a good idea to start with a portrait in Jewelery box. 😂 It looks so awful, I wanted to tear the page out. I've never touched the book since. Every time I see it, I think about how bad this one page looks. I love Hanna Karlzons books. 😍 I threw away a book by Rita Berman, and one by Lulu Mayo. And that was because of one bad page each.😂😭 I have/had the feeling that I had destroyed the books. I know how crazy that is. I have to keep telling myself, that the pages don't have to be perfect. I just have to enjoy the coloring. I love the pages in Summer nights. 😍 I hope you finish them one day. 🙂
Oh, wow; me too! I have the same reaction when I feel that I've messed up a page - it ruins the book for me. So instead of throwing out the book, I have purchased an extra and use the one I feel I've ruined as a test book. I will attempt to color a page and whatever mistakes I make in it then ends up being ok. I use those as "guinea pigs" to experiment in before I try to color in the "good copy." Try that approach instead of throwing out the book. This way you get your money's worth from it and have a 'road map' in which to color the 'good' copy in.
I love the page in Seasons that you said you messed up. Not at all, it's beautiful! You would never know you have only been coloring for a year. You coloring is beautiful.💖💚💙💜

OMG! I don't feel so bad about how little I've progressed in HK books. Pick a page, a simple page to start with. I think you will love the experience of coloring in an HK book. Yes, her illustrations are wonderful and so much fun.
The only one I have from her is "Tales from the Witch's Cottage", I think it has the most cats out of all her books (about 10 with wings and 10 without wings) obviously I like winged cats 😊 I try to stick with one book per author, until a book is finished, because of my budget.
I love cats too, with or without wings. 🐱🐈 Black cats are my overall favorite type.🐈⬛ Keeping to one book per author is a great idea when on a budget. It also helps one's focus in completing the book. Stay safe.
Grain of gold is the compilation book of : daydreams, summernights, magical dawn, seasons, jewelry box and soulmates. Grains of gold starts with the eleven New images and then the favorits of her first books. The books tales of the midnight mascarade, tales forest kingdom, tales city among the stars, tales witch cottage and tales from atlantis are a New series of books. New cover look and size. The small book, space and party are children books.
Hi Samantha. One off the top of my head is "Flowerscape in Paradise" by Maggie Enterrios. She has two coloring books that may fir what you are looking for. I only have this title and the paper is of goodquality, but I have not colored in it as of yet, so I don't know how "thirsty" (how much water it will absorb) it is. Not a lot of people showcase this illustrator on their channels, but she does nice work. You might like her. Also, Maria Trolle does a lot of flowers in her titles. Stay safe.
